A TV control system includes: a TV control device which generates a viewing distance detection value and an illumination level detection value, inputs a setting value transmitted from the smart phone, and transmits a human body distance detection value, the illumination level detection value, the setting value, and a control signal to the smart TV; the smart TV which receives the viewing distance detection value, the illumination level detection value, and the setting value transmitted from the TV control device, and changes a distance and time setting value in response to the control signal; the smart phone which generates a control signal for changing distance information and a control signal for changing time setting and transmits the control signals to the TV control device; and a router which is connected to the smart phone and the TV control device through a communication network.

TV control system and TV control device suitable therefor

A device for controlling TV viewing, capable of bi-directional video calling, may: connect a TV and a smartphone via a communication network; transmit an image captured by an embedded camera to the smartphone; establish bi-directional TV video calling between the embedded camera, TV, and smartphone by displaying an image signal of the smartphone via the TV; control TV viewing by linking to the smartphone via the wireless communication network; and support video calling between the TV and smartphone via a simple button operation when the elderly, infirm, and children, young and old, who have difficulty using a separate communication means are in an emergency situation.

Television viewing control apparatus

An apparatus for manufacturing solder balls including a tundish, a vibrator, a cooling liquid tank an inactive atmospheric chamber, a molten metal receiving tray, a ball collecting barrel, and a cooling liquid reservoir. The tundish has orifices at its bottom. The vibrator is immersed in the molten metal of the tundish and generates vibrations. The cooling liquid tank is situated under the tundish and is provided with a cooling liquid heater at its upper and middle outer surface, a cooling liquid cooler at its lower outer surface, and a cooling liquid discharge conduit at its top. Apparatus for manufacturing solder balls

Method for manufacturing solder balls is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a tundish, a vibrator, a cooling liquid tank, an inactive atmospheric chamber, a molten metal receiving tray, a ball collecting barrel and a cooling liquid reservoir. The tundish has orifices at its bottom. The vibrator is immersed in the molten metal of the tundish and generates vibrations. The cooling liquid tank is situated under the tundish and is provided with a cooling liquid heater at its upper and middle outer surface and a cooling liquid cooler at its lower outer surface. The inactive atmospheric chamber is interposed between the bottom of the tundish and the top surface of the cooling liquid. The molten metal receiving tray is seated on a portion of the inactive atmospheric chamber and is horizontally movable. The ball collecting barrel is positioned under the cooling liquid tank and is provided with a cut-off valve at its top, a ball removing valve at its bottom and a cooling liquid supply conduit at its upper portion.
