A capacitive in-cell touch panel and a display device is provided, which may realize the touch function without introducing new film layers, and includes an array substrate, a gate line, a data line and a common electrode layer are disposed on the array substrate. The common electrode layer includes a plurality of touch drive electrode elements and a plurality of touch sense electrode elements insulated from each other. The touch drive electrode elements include a plurality of touch drive sub-electrodes; the touch sense electrode elements include a plurality of touch sense sub-electrodes. The touch drive sub-electrodes or the touch sense sub-electrodes are bridged to each other along a data line direction, and the touch sense sub-electrodes or the touch drive sub-electrodes are directly connected with each other along a gate line direction; or, the touch drive sub-electrodes or the touch sense sub-electrodes are bridged to each other along the gate line direction, and the touch sense sub-electrodes or the touch drive sub-electrodes are directly connected along the data line direction.

Capacitive in-cell touch panel and display device

Embodiments of the present invention disclose an in-cell touch screen panel and a display device, at least one gate signal lines is used as a touch scanning line, a touch readout line is disposed between adjacent columns of pixel units in the array substrate, and a touch unit is disposed in a region defined by the touch scanning line and the touch readout line; each touch unit includes a light sensing sub-unit, a touch electrode and a touch signal control sub-unit; the light sensing sub-unit is connected with the touch signal control sub-unit through the touch electrode, and the control signal output from the light sensing sub-unit varies with the variation of external light and coupling capacitance of the touch electrode; the touch signal control sub-unit is connected with the touch scanning line and the touch readout line respectively, the touch signal control sub-unit outputs the touch sensing signal modulated by the control signal through the touch readout line upon the touch scanning line transferring electrical signals. Compared with a single mode capacitive touch screen panel, the in-cell touch screen panel disclosed in embodiments of the present invention can improve the touch sensitivity of the touch screen panel.

In-cell touch screen panel and display device

The present invention discloses a capacitive touch module, a capacitive in-cell touch screen panel and a display device, in which an integrally connected common electrode layer in an array substrate is split to form touch sensing electrodes and touch driving electrodes which are insulated from each other; and the touch driving electrodes and the touch sensing electrodes are subjected to time-sharing drive to achieve the touch function and the display function. Moreover, each touch sensing electrode includes a plurality of touch sensing sub-electrodes; each touch driving electrode includes a plurality of touch driving sub-electrodes; and opposing sides of adjacent touch sensing sub-electrodes and touch driving sub-electrodes are broken lines. Therefore, the opposing area between the adjacent touch driving electrodes and the adjacent touch sensing electrodes can be increased, and hence the mutual capacitance between the touch driving electrodes and the touch sensing electrodes within the unit area can be increased, and consequently the sensing sensitivity of the touch screen in the touch-control process can be improved.

Capacitive in-cell touch screen panel having a common electrode layer provided with sensing and driving electrodes

Embodiments of the invention disclose a capacitive in-cell touch panel and a display device. The touch panel includes an array substrate and a counter substrate, the array substrate includes: pixels defined by gate lines and data lines and a common electrode corresponding to each pixel. All the common electrodes are divided into a plurality of first common electrode groups arranged in a row direction and a plurality of second common electrode groups arranged in a column direction; a plurality of metal wires disposed in a same metal layer, wherein all the metal wires are divided into a plurality of first metal wire groups arranged in the row direction and a plurality of second metal wire groups arranged in the column direction; the first metal wire groups in a direction of a same row are electrically connected to each other, and are electrically connected to first common electrode groups corresponding to them in position, respectively, so as to form a driving line; the second metal wire groups in a direction of a same column are electrically connected to each other, and are electrically connected to second common electrode groups corresponding to them in position, respectively, so as to form a sensing line.
