An electronic device including a communication circuit configured to receive a reception signal including an interference signal, and to transmit a sounding reference signal (SRS) to a base station; and a control circuit comprising an interference estimation circuit configured to detect the interference signal in the reception signal, and a precoding matrix calculation circuit configured to generate an SRS precoding matrix corresponding to the SRS, based on a detection result obtained by the interference estimation circuit, wherein the control circuit is configured to control the communication circuit to transmit the SRS to the base station, and wherein the SRS is generated by multiplying a transmission signal by the SRS precoding matrix.

An operating method of a wireless communication device includes calculating an effective channel matrix between the wireless communication device and a base station based on transmission characteristic information and channel information, the transmission characteristic information corresponding to the wireless communication device, and the channel information corresponding to a channel between the wireless communication device and the base station, determining a precoding matrix based on the effective channel matrix, and determining a transmission beamforming vector based on the precoding matrix.

MIMO transmission apparatus and operating method thereof

The present invention provides a radio transmitting and receiving apparatus having multiple antennas that can decrease an influence due to interference between cells that exists in a multi-cell environment, by using a transmission method that not only considers performance of a corresponding cell but also an influence due to interference on adjacent cells and an influence due to interference from the adjacent cells in a multi-user and multi-cell environment, effectively use limited radio resources, and increase a data rate of a radio communication system, and a method thereof.
