Embodiments of the disclosure relate to an organic light emitting display device and an organic light emitting display panel. Specifically, embodiments of the disclosure may provide an organic light emitting display device and an organic light emitting display panel which include a first signal line disposed between a first emission area and a second emission area and a second signal line spaced apart from the first signal line, a first insulation film disposed on the first signal line and the second signal line and having a first hole corresponding to a separation space between the first signal line and the second signal line, and a second insulation film disposed on the first insulation film, wherein the second insulation film is disposed in the separation space between the first signal line and the second signal line and the first hole of the first insulation film. Thus, it is possible to reduce the separation space between the signal lines and thus increase the area of the emission area to thereby enhance optical characteristics.

Organic light emitting display device and organic light emitting display panel

A display device includes a data line transmitting a data voltage to each pixel, a power line supplying current to each pixel, wherein the data line and the power line are disposed on a substrate and extended along a first direction, a light shielding layer shielding a light emitting diode from light coming from outside, a gate line transmitting a gate voltage to each pixel and extended along a second direction intersecting the first direction, a gate insulating layer and a buffer layer disposed between the data line and the gate line, wherein the data line and the power line are disposed on a same layer as the light shielding layer.

Contact structure and display device including the same

In the contact structure according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure and a display device including the same, the pixel may be designed regardless of the size of the contact hole by designing a size (or an area) of the contact hole to be larger than the contact area and applying different structures depending on the characteristics of the lower layer. Therefore, the size of the contact hole is increased so that the halftone mask may be easily applied and the number of masks may be advantageously reduced. Further, a degree of freedom of metal in the pixel design is increased so that the pixel may be designed in a high resolution model and the aperture ratio is increased without having the electrode margin. The contact structure comprises: a lower layer; at least a first insulating layer on the lower layer, the first insulating layer having a predetermined contact hole to expose a part of the lower layer; and an upper layer on the first insulating layer to be in contact with the lower layer through the contact hole, wherein the contact hole has a relatively larger area than a contact area where the upper layer and the lower layer are in contact with each other.

An electroluminescence display includes a plurality of sub-pixels, each of the plurality of sub-pixels including a light emission region, and a first circuit region and a second circuit region disposed on respective sides of the light emission region. Power supply lines are configured to supply a first power to at least one of the second circuit regions of the sub-pixels arranged at odd-numbered row and the first circuit regions of the sub-pixels arranged at an even-numbered row. A sensing line is configured to supply an initialization voltage or a sensing voltage to at least one of the first circuit regions of the sub-pixels arranged at the odd-numbered row and the second circuit regions of the sub-pixels arranged in the even-numbered row.

A display device, includes a substrate; first to fourth subpixels sequentially arranged on the substrate; a first power line on a left side of the first subpixel and shared by the first and second subpixels; a sensing line between the second subpixel and the third subpixel and shared by the first to fourth subpixels; a second power line on a right side of the fourth subpixel and shared by the third and fourth subpixels; and a first data line on the left side of the first subpixel, a second data line on a right side of the second subpixel, a third data line on a left side of the third subpixel, and a fourth data line on the right side of the fourth subpixel. The first and second power lines and the sensing line are disposed on a layer different from the first to fourth data lines.

Display device

A display device includes a substrate, a light shielding layer on the substrate, first to fourth subpixels sequentially arranged on the substrate including the light shielding layer in a horizontal direction, a first power line disposed on one side of the first subpixel and shared by the first and second subpixels, a sensing line disposed between the second subpixel and the third subpixel and shared by the first to fourth subpixels, a second power line disposed on one side of the fourth subpixel and shared by the third and fourth subpixels, first and second data lines between the first and second subpixels and third and fourth data lines between the third and fourth subpixels; and a scan line extended on the first to fourth subpixels in the horizontal direction.
