A display device includes a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area, a thin film transistor in the display area, a first insulating layer, the first insulating layer covering the thin film transistor, a signal line on the first insulating layer, the signal line being coupled to the thin film transistor, a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer, the second insulating layer covering the signal line, a power supply line in the peripheral area, the power supply line configured to supply power to a pixel circuit including the thin film transistor, and a first dam including a multilayer structure on the power supply line and overlapping at least a part of the power supply line, in which multilayer structure including a lowermost layer including the same material as the second insulating layer, and the lowermost layer is above the power supply line.

A display apparatus includes a substrate including a display area, a non-display area adjacent to the display area, and a pad area arranged in the non-display area; a display portion arranged in the display area and including pixels; a pad portion arranged in the pad area and including pads; and an insulating layer overlapping an edge of each of the pads and exposing a central portion of each of the pads, wherein the insulating layer includes at least one opening arranged between adjacent ones of the pads.

A display apparatus includes a substrate including a trench portion, a display area, and a non-display area. The non-display area includes a first non-display area. An embodiment of a display apparatus includes: a substrate; display elements disposed in a display area; a common power supply wire disposed in a peripheral area; an organic insulating layer overlapping the power supply wire; and a power supply electrode layer overlapping the power supply wire. In an embodiment, the power supply electrode layer is arranged in the peripheral area includes an inner edge and an outer edge, and a distance between a portion of the inner edge and the display area is greater than a distance between another portion of the inner edge and the display area.

An electronic panel may include a plurality of sensing electrodes and a plurality of sensing lines. The sensing lines may include a plurality of first group sensing lines and a plurality of second group sensing lines, which are spaced apart from each other in a specific direction and are alternately arranged with respect to each other. Each of the first group sensing lines and the second group sensing lines may include a first pattern layer and a second pattern layer, which are spaced apart from each other with an insulating layer interposed therebetween and are coupled to each other through the insulating layer. Each of the first group sensing lines may include a first pattern layer in a specific region, and each of the second group sensing lines may include a second pattern layer in the specific region.

A display panel includes a base substrate in which an active area and a peripheral area adjacent to the active area are defined, a pixel disposed in the active area, a first line disposed in the active area and connected to the pixel, a second line disposed in the peripheral area and spaced apart from the first line in a plan view, a linking pattern electrically connecting the first line to the second line and disposed on a layer different from a layer on which each of the first and second lines is disposed, and an inorganic layer disposed between the first line and the linking pattern and between the second line and the linking pattern. The linking pattern is connected to the first line and the second line through contact holes formed in the inorganic layer.
