A turbo compressor is disclosed. The turbo compressor may have an assembly-type rotational shaft where a permanent magnet is inserted into a connecting sleeve, at least one first locking projection formed on either an inner periphery of the connecting sleeve or an outer periphery of the permanent magnet facing the inner periphery of the connecting sleeve, and at least one first locking groove formed on the other. Thus, the permanent magnet constituting a rotor may be easily coupled into the rotational shaft, and the permanent may be effectively prevented from slipping. Moreover, a magnet embedded in the rotational shaft may be securely fixed so that it is held in a position where it is assembled, thus providing an advantage in concentrically aligning the magnet.

Turbo compressor

A compressor including a hinge recess formed at a rolling piston and a hinge protrusion formed at a vane to be inserted into the hinge recess. A diameter of the hinge protrusion is greater than an interval between both ends of an opening of the hinge recess. A bearing surface, which comes in contact with an inner circumferential surface of the hinge recess, of an outer circumferential surface of the hinge protrusion, has a circumferential surface below 90° at both sides, respectively, based on a central line in a lengthwise direction of the vane. This structure may facilitate cutting and grinding of the bearing surface so as to produce machining costs, and also improve a machining degree and thus stabilize behaviors of the rolling piston and the vane so as to enhance compression efficiency.

A scroll compressor is provided that may include an orbiting scroll having an orbiting wrap, and which performs an orbiting motion; and a fixed scroll having a fixed wrap to form a compression chamber including a suction chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber, and a discharge chamber, by being engaged with the orbiting wrap. In a state in which the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll are concentric with each other, when a distance between the orbiting wrap and the fixed wrap is defined as an orbiting radius, there exists an offset section having an interval larger than the orbiting radius, between a side surface of the orbiting wrap and a side surface of the fixed wrap which faces the orbiting wrap. With such a configuration, even if the fixed scroll or the orbiting scroll is transformed due to thermal expansion, interference between the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap at a portion having a large transformation amount may be prevented. This may prevent a frictional loss or abrasion between the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap. Further, this may restrict or minimize a gap between the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap at an opposite side to the suction chamber, resulting in enhanced compression efficiency.

Scroll compressor

A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor may include a suction guide between a refrigerant suction pipe and a high/low pressure separation plate, and the suction guide may be fastened to a non-orbiting scroll or inserted into a suction guide protrusion that extends from the non-orbiting scroll. Accordingly, suction refrigerant may be partially suctioned into a compression chamber by the suction guide in advance before moving to the high/low pressure separation plate, so as to be prevented from coming into contact with the high/low pressure separation plate, while the suction refrigerant may also partially flow toward a drive motor without being suctioned directly into the compression chamber, so as to cool the drive motor, whereby efficiency of the compressor may be improved and an operation range of the compressor may be expanded.

Scroll compressor including suction guide

A scroll compressor is provided that may include a casing; an electric motor drive having a stator fixed within the casing, and a rotor rotatably provided within the stator; a rotational shall coupled to the rotor to rotate along with the rotor; a compression device disposed at a lower portion of the electric motor drive to receive a rotational force from the rotational shaft and compress a refrigerant; and an oil storage space located within the casing. A plurality of oil discharge paths to allow oil accumulated at an upper portion thereof to be discharged to the oil storage space may be formed on an outer circumferential surface of the compression device to be separated from each other, and an overall cross-sectional area of the plurality of oil discharge paths may be about 2 to about 12% of an inner diameter cross-sectional area of the casing brought into contact with or separated from an outer circumferential surface of the compression device in the compression device.

A hermetic compressor is provided that may include a vane that is inserted into a roller, rotates with the roller, and is pushed out toward an inner circumference of a cylinder by rotation of the roller to divide the compression chamber into a plurality of spaces. The vane may include a body having a sealing surface that contacts the inner circumference of the cylinder and inserted into the roller; and a guide that extends from an axial end of the body in a direction crossing a direction the vane slides out, and that is slidably inserted into a guide groove formed on at least one of the first bearing or the second bearing to restrain the vane from sliding out of the roller toward the inner circumference of the cylinder.

Hermetic compressor

A compressor is provided which is configured to allow lubrication of a thrust surface through an oil groove formed in a thrust surface of a fixed scroll. Also, a scroll compressor is provided which smoothly supplies oil to a thrust surface of a fixed scroll by including a fixed scroll having an oil groove formed in the thrust surface of a fixed scroll sidewall, and allows an injection pressure acting on an orbiting scroll in an upward direction to be added by supplying the oil guided to the oil groove to the thrust surface of the fixed scroll such that an overturn moment generated in the orbiting scroll may be offset.

Compressor having lubrication structure for thrust surface

A scroll compressor includes a first scroll and a second scroll engaged with the first scroll to form a compression chamber with the first scroll while performing an orbiting movement with respect to the first scroll. A frame is fixed to a side of the first scroll with the second scroll interposed between the frame and the first scroll and the frame supporting the second scroll in an axial direction. An Oldham ring includes a ring portion and a key portion protruding from the ring portion. The key portion is slidably coupled to a key recess in the frame or the second scroll to enable the second scroll to perform the orbiting movement, and the key portion of the Oldham ring is formed of the same material as the second scroll. A wear preventing member is provided between the key portion and the key recess.

A motor operated compressor according to the present embodiment may include a main housing; an electric motor unit; a rotation shaft; a fixed scroll coupled to an inner space of the main housing; an orbiting scroll provided that performs an orbiting movement with respect to the fixed scroll; a rear housing provided on an opposite side to the fixed scroll with the orbiting scroll therebetween and coupled to the main housing, and disposed with a first space to communicate with a discharge side of the compression chamber; and a first sealing portion provided to surround the first space to form a second space on an outer edge of the first space, wherein the second space includes a first region and a second region in fluid communication with each other. Accordingly, a horizontal motor operated compressor in which a frame and a fixed scroll are integrated may be provided.

Motor operated compressor

A compressor is provided. The compressor may include a fixed wrap, and an orbiting scroll having an orbiting wrap engaged with the fixed wrap to form compression chambers. The fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap may have irregular wrap curves. At least one interference avoiding portion at which a spacing between the wraps is greater than an orbiting radius or at least one gap compensating portion at which the spacing between the wraps is smaller than the orbiting radius, in a state in which a center of the fixed scroll and a center of the orbiting scroll are aligned with each other, may be provided on a sidewall surface of the fixed wrap or the orbiting wrap, whereby frictional loss or abrasion due to interference between the wraps or a refrigerant leakage due to a gap between the wraps may be prevented.

Scroll compressor with recesses and protrusions

A scroll compressor is provided that may include a casing; an electric motor drive having a stator fixed within the casing, and a rotor rotatably provided within the stator; a rotational shaft coupled to the rotor to rotate along with the rotor; a compression device disposed at a lower portion of the electric motor drive to receive a rotational force from the rotational shaft and compress a refrigerant; and an oil storage space located within the casing. A plurality of oil discharge paths to allow oil accumulated at an upper portion thereof to be discharged to the oil storage space may be formed on an outer circumferential surface of the compression device to be separated from each other, and an overall cross-sectional area of the plurality of oil discharge paths may be about 2 to about 12% of an inner diameter cross-sectional area of the casing brought into contact with or separated from an outer circumferential surface of the compression device in the compression device.

A bush bearing having an outer lubricating layer, a manufacturing method therefor and a scroll compressor having same applied thereto, according to the present disclosure, includes a bush bearing comprising: a base member which has a cylindrical shape having no separated surfaces along the circumferential direction; and a lubricating member which is formed from a material having a lower rigidity and more excellent lubricity than the base member, and has a cylindrical shape having no separated surfaces along the circumferential direction by being integrally provided to the outer circumferential surface of the base member, wherein the cylindricity of the outer circumferential surface of the lubricating member satisfies a value that is within 0.6% of the average thickness of the lubricating member, and the lubricating member has carbon fiber contained in a resin base, wherein the carbon fiber has cut surfaces exposed on both ends of the lubricating member.

Bush bearing having outer lubricating layer, manufacturing method therefor and scroll compressor having same applied thereto

A scroll compressor is provided capable of supplying oil stored in an oil storage chamber upward through a rotary shaft to supply the oil to a compression device and to lubricate a bearing portion. The scroll compressor may include a casing, a drive motor, a rotary shaft, a main frame, a fixed scroll, and an orbiting scroll. A medium pressure chamber may be formed in or at a middle of the main frame, the fixed scroll, and the orbiting scroll. A pocket groove configured to guide oil discharged through the oil hole to the medium pressure chamber may be formed in an upper surface of the orbiting scroll, and a differential pressure path configured to guide the oil guided to the medium pressure chamber to the compression chamber may be provided in the fixed scroll.

Compressor having centrifugation and differential pressure structure for oil supplying

A motor-operated compressor includes a compression part including a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll that form a compression chamber configured to compress fluid by an orbiting motion of the orbiting scroll relative to the fixed scroll. A motor part is disposed at one side of the compression part, and configured to generate a drive force to cause the orbiting scroll to make the orbiting motion. A rotary shaft is connected to the motor part and the orbiting scroll to transmit the drive force generated by the motor part to the orbiting scroll. A main frame is disposed between the compression part and the motor part in an axial direction of the rotary shaft, and configured to support the fixed scroll in the axial direction of the rotary shaft.
