A dehumidifying apparatus for a dryer is provided that includes a case, a drum disposed inside the case that receives objects to be dried therein, and a hot air supplier that supplies hot air into the drum and dries the objects to be dried. The dehumidifying apparatus includes a heat exchanger that heat exchanges with air flowing from the drum, and an injection nozzle portion disposed between the hot air supplier and the heat exchanger so as to inject a certain jet. When gas introduced into the dehumidifying apparatus from the drum passes through the jet, foreign substances such as lint, contained in the gas may be separated, thereby preventing accumulation of the foreign substances on the dehumidifying apparatus.

Dehumidifying apparatus for dryer

A washing-drying system and a water supply controlling method, the system comprising: a first main body configured to perform washing; a second main body installed at one side of the first main body and configured to perform drying; water supply lines formed both in the first and second main bodies; and a water supply controlling unit configured to control an open or closed state or a connected or disconnected state of the water supply lines, wherein warm water and cold water respectively supplied from warm water source and cold water source both existing outside the system flow through the second main body to thusly be supplied into the first main body, whereby wastewater having high temperature generated after drying or dehumidifying laundry can be used for warm water washing, so as to save water required for the warm washing, and also to reduce energy consumed to generate warm water.

The heat pump system modularized housing of the clothes collectively modularizes a condenser, a compressor, an evaporator and an expansion valve that constitute the heat pump system of the clothes dryer. Not only does the heat pump system is stably mounted in the clothes dryer but also components of the heat pump system can be effectively protected. In addition, the fastening procedures of each component can be unified to simplify an assembling process of the clothes dryer, and thus, the productivity can be improved. Moreover, a structure of an internal flow path of the clothes dryer can be simplified to thus improve efficiency of the heat pump system.

A dehumidifying apparatus is provided for a dryer, the dryer including a case; a drum disposed inside the case that receives objects to be dried therein; and a hot air supplying device that supplies hot air into the drum and dry the objects to be dried. The dehumidifying apparatus includes a plurality of dehumidifying devices, and is thereby capable of controlling humidity of exhausted air to a required level of humidity by removing moisture contained in air exhausted from the plurality of dehumidifying devices in multiple steps.

Disclosed is a filter cleaning apparatus and a ductless dryer adopting the same, the dryer having a main body, a drum rotatably mounted at the main body, a hot air supplying unit supplying hot air into the drum, a heat exchanger condensing and removing moisture contained in air exhausted from the drum, a circulation duct conducing the air exhausted from the drum to the heat exchanger, a filter installed in the circulation duct and filtering foreign substances contained in the air discharged from the drum, and a filter cleaning apparatus removing the foreign substances caught by the filter, thereby enhancing a user's convenience and reducing indoor air contamination which may occur in the course of removing the foreign substances.

A window type air conditioner comprises: a case of which one side is positioned indoors and another side is positioned outdoors; an axial fan mounted in the case for blowing the air in the radius direction thereof; a shroud having the axial fan therein and for guiding the air blown by the axial fan; and an orifice formed at the entrance of the shroud and covering the axial fan not to expose the axial fan to outside in order to prevent sucked air from colliding with the blade of the axial fan in the radius direction. According to this, the entire size of the air conditioner is minimized, noise is reduced, and the air volume passing through the outdoor heat exchanger is increased.

A clothes dryer is provided. In the dryer, air flowing into a drying container is provided with heat from heat pump. The clothes dryer comprises a cabinet, a drying container rotationally mounted in the cabinet, a motor providing the container with rotational force, a first air path connected to a side of the container, a second air path connected to another side of the container and to the outside of the cabinet, and a first heat exchanging member and a second heat exchanging member in the first air path. A damper may be additionally included in the second air path.

A window type air conditioner comprises: a case having an indoor air suction port for sucking indoor air and an indoor air discharge port for discharging heat-exchanged air indoors; an indoor unit mounted inside the case positioned at an indoor side thus to be heat-exchanged with indoor air, and an outdoor unit mounted inside the case positioned at an outdoor side thus to be heat-exchanged with outdoor air, in which the indoor air suction port is formed at a front surface of the case and the indoor air discharge port is formed at an inclination front surface between the front surface and an upper surface of the case. According to this, indoor air smoothly flows thus to increase an air discharge amount, and a flow resistance is decreased thus to reduce noise.
