A current sensor automatically adjusting an offset voltage, includes an input corrector, upon receiving a first voltage, a second voltage, and a control signal, configured to correct either one or both of the first voltage and the second voltage to reduce an absolute value of a difference between the first voltage and the second voltage based on the control signal, and output a correction result; an input amplifier configured to amplify a voltage output from the input corrector; an output amplifier configured to generate an output voltage when a voltage amplified by the input amplifier is input; a controller including a switch connected to one of voltages amplified by the input amplifier to be grounded when a difference between the first voltage and the second voltage is larger than a first threshold value; and a correction circuit controller configured to generate the control signal to input to the input corrector.

Current sensor capable of automatic adjustment of offset voltage

A technology related to an electronic circuit, specifically, a phase locked loop or a frequency synthesizing apparatus, is disclosed. The frequency synthesizing apparatus includes an injection locked frequency divider and a replica frequency divider having the same circuit configuration as the injection locked frequency divider. A control value required for self-oscillating at a target frequency using the replica frequency divider is determined. When the injection locked frequency divider fails injection locking on a first attempt, the injection locking may be attempted using the determined control value. On the first attempt, the control value of the injection locked frequency divider may be determined and stored in advance according to a temperature and a supply voltage.

Low power frequency synthesizing apparatus

Disclosed herein is an active rectifier. The rectifier includes a rectifier unit, a driver unit, and a switching device control circuit unit. The rectifier unit includes first and fourth transistors configured to become conductive when the voltage of an alternating current (AC) input is negative and apply the current of the AC input to a rectifier capacitor, and second and third transistors configured to become conductive when the voltage of the AC input is positive and apply the current of the AC input to the rectifier capacitor. The driver unit outputs first to fourth drive control signals, and drives the first to fourth transistors. The switching device control circuit unit compares the first drive control signal and the second drive control signal with the AC input, and outputs switching device control signals to delay the first to fourth drive control signals based on the extents to delay.
