A vehicle body structure includes: a front pillar; a front side member located in front of the front pillar and extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle; a side sill connected to a bottom end of the front pillar; and a rear lower member connecting the front side member, the side sill, and the front pillar, where the rear lower member includes a front connection portion connected to a rear portion of the front side member, and a rear connection portion connected to a lower portion of the front pillar and a front portion of the side sill, and the rear connection portion includes an upper engagement wall joined to the front pillar, and a lower engagement wall joined to the side sill.

Vehicle body structure

Disclosed is a lower cross member of a vehicle. The lower cross member includes a core member configured to be disposed on a vehicle floor so as to extend in a width direction of the vehicle, to be formed of a composite material including unidirectional carbon fiber or bidirectional carbon fiber, and to have a cross-section including at least one closed curve, a lower layer configured to extend in an extending direction of the core member, to be disposed between the core member and the vehicle floor, and to be formed of a composite material including a first multi-axial glass fabric, and an upper layer configured to extend in the extending direction of the core member, to be disposed on an upper surface of the core member, and to be formed of a composite material including a second multi-axial glass fabric.

Lower cross member of vehicle

A vehicle body structure includes: a front pillar joined to a dash panel; a front side member extending from the dash panel toward the front of a vehicle; a side sill connected to a bottom end of the front pillar; a rear lower member connecting a rear portion of the front side member and a front portion of the side sill; and a connection member connecting at least two of the front pillar, the side sill, and the rear lower member. The connection member is integrally connected to the front pillar, the side sill, or the rear lower member to form a unitary one piece structure therewith.

A vehicle body structure includes: a front pillar joined to a dash panel; a front side member extending from the dash panel toward the front of a vehicle; a side sill connected to a bottom end of the front pillar; a rear lower member connecting a rear portion of the front side member and a front portion of the side sill; and a connection member connecting at least two of the front pillar, the side sill, and the rear lower member.

A front pillar structure for a vehicle includes a front pillar including a front pillar lower extending vertically and a front pillar upper extending obliquely from the front pillar lower. A connection member is coupled to a bottom end of the front pillar lower and connects a front side member and a side sill. The front pillar lower has an S-shaped cross section and the connection member has stepwise flanges coupled to the bottom end of the front pillar lower.

Front pillar structure for vehicle

A tunnel structure for a vehicle is provided, and the tunnel structure includes a tunnel extending along a centerline of a center floor, and a plurality of crossmembers individually coupled to both side surfaces of the tunnel. Each crossmember has a closed cross-sectional shape. The tunnel structure further includes a plurality of bosses provided on the side surfaces of the tunnel, and an end portion of each crossmember received in and coupled to each boss. In addition, the tunnel includes a front tunnel disposed on a front of the center floor, a rear tunnel disposed on a rear of the center floor, and a center tunnel disposed between the front tunnel and the rear tunnel along the centerline of the center floor.

A vehicle body on which a high voltage battery is mounted is provided. The vehicle body includes a vehicle body floor on which a battery is placed stably, side sills disposed on both lateral sides of the vehicle body floor, respectively, to extend in forward and backward directions, a plurality of coupling members, wherein front portions of the coupling members are combined with respective front side members, rear portions of the coupling members are combined with the side sills, respectively, and each coupling member connects, in an extension line, between the respective front side member and the respective side sill in the forward and backward directions, and a cross member that extends across the vehicle body floor and couples the coupling members, wherein each end of the cross member is combined with the respective side sill.

Vehicle body on which a high voltage battery is mounted

A load absorbing structure for a vehicle is provided. The structure includes a pair of front side members that are spaced apart from each other in a width direction of the vehicle on a front side of the vehicle and a pair of side sills that are connected to the front side members, respectively. A pair of front pillars are connected to the side sills, respectively and a pair of connection members connect the front side members and the side sills corresponding thereto in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, respectively. A battery cross member is disposed transverse between the pair of connection members and a bottom surface of the battery cross member is disposed lower than a bottom wall of each connection member.

Load absorbing structure for vehicle

A side sill for a vehicle includes: an inner portion facing an interior space of the vehicle; an outer portion facing an exterior space of the vehicle; and mounting hardware, which is riveted to one of the inner portion and the outer portion, wherein the inner portion and the outer portion form a unitary one-piece structure.

Side sill for a vehicle

A vehicle front structure for a vehicle may include: a front side member disposed on a front of a vehicle; and a front end member coupled to a front end of the front side member. In particular, the front end member includes a main body which is coupled to the front side member to be aligned, and a lateral reinforcement portion which extends from the main body toward an outboard side of the vehicle.

A load distribution structure for a vehicle includes: a pair of front side members which are spaced apart from each other in a width direction of the vehicle on a front side of the vehicle; a pair of side sills respectively connected to the front side members; a pair of front pillars respectively connected to front ends of the side sills; a pair of connection members each connecting the front side members and the corresponding side sill along a longitudinal direction of the vehicle; and a dash crossmember transversely connected to the pair of connection members. In particular, each front side member is overlapped and joined to the corresponding connection member, and end portions of the dash crossmember are overlapped and joined to the connection members, respectively.

A body floor of a vehicle includes seat rails having seats mounted to the seat rails, a center floor including center side members provided on opposite sides of a tunnel member and a center cross-member connecting the center side members to the tunnel member, a rear floor having a rear side member connected to the center side members, a side reinforcement member provided between the center cross-member and the rear floor to cover the center side members and the rear side member, and a center reinforcement member provided between the center cross-member and the rear floor to cover the tunnel member, where rigidity of peripheral parts of the center floor, the rear floor, and the tunnel member is ensured by the side reinforcement member and the center reinforcement member, and the center floor and the rear floor provide an installation structure for the seat rails.

Body floor of vehicle

A vehicle center floor panel is provided. A front end thereof is connected with a dash panel partitioning a front body of the vehicle and a vehicle interior room. A rear end thereof is connected with a rear crossmember disposed at a front end of a rear body to be crossed in a width direction of the vehicle. The center floor panel includes center floor members that have a U-shaped floor tunnel portion and a floor side extended portion formed integrally with the floor tunnel portion to extend toward sides from the floor tunnel portion, and spaced apart in a front and rear direction of the vehicle. Center crossmembers include a U-shaped cross tunnel portion to connect the floor tunnel portions and a cross side extended portion combined to the cross tunnel portion from both sides in a width direction of the vehicle to connect the floor side extended portions.
