The present disclosure provides an electronic device equipped with a pressure sensor according to various embodiments. The electronic device may include: a housing including a first face facing a first direction and a second face facing a second direction opposite to the first direction, and including a conductive material provided on at least a portion of the second face; a touch screen display disposed between the first face and second face of the housing and exposed through the first face; a first pressure sensor disposed between the touch screen display and the second face of the housing and configured to sense pressure of an external object for the touch screen display; a second pressure sensor coupled to the second face of the housing and configured to sense pressure of an external object for the second face of the housing; and a support member spaced apart from the second face of the housing in the second direction. The second pressure sensor may include: a conductive pattern disposed between the support member and the conductive material; and a dielectric layer disposed between the conductive pattern and the conductive material. The second pressure sensor may be configured to generate an output on the basis of a change in capacitance associated with the conductive pattern, the conductive material, and the dielectric layer. Various embodiments may be possible for the pressure sensor.

An electronic device according to various examples comprises: a housing, in an unfolded state, including a first surface facing a first direction and a second surface facing a second direction opposite to the first direction and including at least one flexible portion; a touch screen display arranged between the first surface and the second surface of the housing, exposed through the first surface of the housing, and when viewed from above the first surface, including at least one flexible portion at a position corresponding to the flexible portion of the housing; and a pressure sensor arranged between the touch screen display and the second surface of the housing, and when viewed from above the first surface, including at least one flexible portion at a position corresponding to the flexible portion of the housing. The pressure sensor comprises: a first electrode layer formed substantially in parallel to the touch screen display; a second electrode layer spaced apart from the first electrode layer in the second direction and formed substantially in parallel to the first electrode layer; and a dielectric layer arranged between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. Other examples are also possible.

Disclosed in various examples of the present invention are a display device and an electronic device having the same, the display device comprising: a display element; and a guide unit arranged on the display element, wherein the guide unit guides a propagation pathway of the light emitted from the display element. The display device and the electronic device having the same can provide a comfortable viewing environment by using the guide unit so as to guide the propagation pathway of the light emitted from the display element. The display device and the electronic device having the same can be variously implemented according to the examples.

An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing that comprises a first surface which faces a first direction and a second surface which faces a second direction opposite to the first direction, and that comprises a first transparent plate which forms at least a portion of the first surface of the housing; a display that is disposed between the first transparent plate and the second face of the housing, and comprises a second transparent plate which faces the first direction, and a third transparent plate which faces the second direction; a first electrode, a second electrode, a third electrode, and a fourth electrode that are disposed between the second transparent plate and the third transparent plate; and a control circuit that is electrically connected to the first electrode, the second electrode, the third electrode, and the fourth electrode, wherein the control circuit may be configured to detect the position of touch input with respect to the first transparent plate by using the first electrode, to detect the intensity of the touch input by using the second electrode, and to display visual information on at least a portion of the display by using the third electrode and the fourth electrode. In addition, an electronic device comprising a pressure sensor according to various embodiments of the present invention can provide a slim electronic device with reduced manufacturing costs by utilizing an integrated structure with a touch sensor and/or a fingerprint sensor and by disposing the touch sensor including the pressure sensor, and other sensors between various structures inside the display.

According to one or more embodiments, an electronic device includes a housing including a first surface facing a first direction and a second surface facing a second direction opposite to the first direction, where a transparent cover forms at least one part of the first surface. The electronic device also includes a touch screen display disposed between the first surface and second surface of the housing and exposed through the transparent cover, a pressure sensor disposed between the touch screen display and the second surface of the housing, and having an active area for sensing pressure placed on the first surface by an external object and an inactive area disposed around the active area, a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) disposed between the pressure sensor and the second surface of the housing, and an electrically conductive connection member for electrically connecting the pressure sensor and the PCB. The electrically conductive connection member may be at least partially overlap with the active area of the pressure sensor when the electronic device is viewed in the second direction. Lamination apparatus and lamination method using the same

A device to inspect a non-pattern wafer includes a light source to emit light that reflected from a wafer. A judgment unit converts the detected light into a quantitative measured value to determine whether the wafer is faulty. The wafer comprises a first region and a second region. The detection unit sequentially detects lights reflected from the first and second regions of the wafer, and a judgment unit converts the lights reflected from the first and second regions of the wafer into first and second quantitative measured values, respectively. The second region of the wafer is determined to be faulty by comparing the second measured value with a first reference value, wherein the first reference value is calculated using an average value between the first and second measured values, and a characteristic value that indicates distribution of the first and second measured values.
