The invention relates to a partition wall which comprises a wall element and a stand device, wherein the wall element comprises a multiplicity of tubular bodies, each having a cavity, which are vertically aligned in the room. The wall element herein comprises spacer webs, wherein one of the spacer webs is in each case disposed between neighbouring tubular bodies of the wall element in such a manner that the tubular bodies are aligned so as to be mutually parallel and mutually spaced apart.

A chair is provided including a subframe, a seat element, a back element, a spring mechanism and an adjustment device. The spring mechanism includes a leaf spring, which is clamped on one side in the subframe, and a support, which is movable on a track between the leaf spring and the subframe. The adjustment device includes an adjustment member and a transmission mechanism. A movement of the adjustment member is translated into a movement of the support at a transmission ratio in a range of 1:0.5 and 1:4.

The invention concerns a wall element including a felt panel that has at least two felt layers, with at least one felt layer having a three-dimensional structure on at least one top side. The felt panel includes as its top layer a plane felt layer, as its bottom layer a plane felt layer, and as its middle layer at least one corrugated felt layer. The corrugated felt layer bordering on the top layer is connected to the top layer on its top side in the region of upper vertex lines or vertex points formed by its wave peaks. The corrugated felt layer bordering on the bottom layer is connected to the bottom layer on its bottom side in the region of lower vertex lines or vertex points formed by its wave valleys.

Workstation

A collapsible workstation, a collapsible service unit, a system of workstations, and a system and method for providing work environments is disclosed. The workstation has a first and second side wall and a third side wall hingedly attached to the first and second wall. A first worksurface is attached to one of the walls. A second worksurface moves between a vertical and a horizontal orientation, extending beyond the space within the side walls. A transportable and collapsible service unit comprises at least one device shared by a plurality of workstation users. A system of workstations comprises workstations and a service unit having a device shared by a plurality of the workstation users. A system and method for providing work environments at remote locations includes maintaining an inventory of workstations adapted to be arranged with other workstations to define a work environment. An order specifies a remote location and the workstations requested. A transporting means transports the workstations.

A synchronous adjusting device for a chair is provided where the restoring movement of a back part is effected as a function of the weight of the user, a restoring moment occurring with the increase in inclination of the backrest. For this purpose, the back part is mounted rotatably relative to the seat part at a distance in height. The leaning force of the user at the back leaning point is counteracted by a restoring force in the lower region of the back part as a result of the articulated connection between the seat part and the back part.
