The present invention relates to a crushing roll for a roll-type crusher has a shaft with at least one groove extending in the axial direction on its lateral surface, to receive formed elements. The formed elements serve to retain the crushing shells, for which purpose the formed elements form a form-interlockingly engaging combination with the groove in the shaft, in the radial direction. The present invention relates to a machine frame for a roll crusher that has two side walls and two end walls, where the mentioned end walls accommodate the storage of the rolls. The end walls are split horizontally in the area of the mounting of the rollers, and vertically between the mountings of the upper part. One advantage is that to remove a roller, removal of the respective upper end wall is sufficient. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the adjacent upper parts of the end walls do not touch. An advantage of this is that tilting of the end wall upper parts among each other or in contact with the side walls is prevented during removal. Furthermore, the gap resulting from the distance between the front wall upper parts in the preferred embodiment would be sealed, with the advantage that no material and dust can exit.

Machinery frame for a roller crusher

The invention relates to the design of driving, deflecting, and tensioning drums for conveyor belts, comprising a one-piece drum jacket or a drum jacket () comprising a center drum body () and two bearing pieces () attached to both sides of the center drum body. All three components of the drum jacket () are provided with flanges on the sides facing each other and screwed together at said flanges. Each of the two bearing pieces () has an annular bearing seat for rolling-element bearings on the outside. A mining member designed as a cutting roller for a continuously operating surface miner for mining mineral raw materials of high strength. The roller body is equipped for this purpose with mini-disk bits of identical design. Since different conditions occur over the entire width of the roller during the separation of the material from the soil, the roller body is designed correspondingly, and the arrangement of the mini-disk bits is adapted to these conditions.
