In a rotary compressor, at least any one of a main bearing or a sub-bearing may have at least one axial-direction support portion that extends from an outer circumferential surface of a back pressure pocket and is formed to have a predetermined depth. The compressor may increase an oil film pressure that supports a roller in an axial direction thereof to stably support the roller including a rotational shaft in the axial direction, thereby effectively suppressing or preventing friction loss and abrasion between the roller and the main bearing facing the roller and between the roller and the sub-bearing.

A rotary compressor is provided that may include a cylinder; a chamber eccentrically formed in the cylinder and accommodating a predetermined working fluid; a rotor rotatably received in the chamber and arranged so as to be concentric to the cylinder; first and second bearings disposed on upper and lower portions, respectively, of the cylinder so as to close the chamber, and which support a drive shaft of the rotor; a plurality of vanes movably installed on the rotor in a radial direction thereof, and protruding from the rotor up to an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder so as to divide the chamber into a plurality of compression spaces; first and second guide grooves which, in order to accommodate a portion of the vanes, are formed on respective surfaces, facing the chamber, of the first and second bearings so as to be concentric to the chamber, and guide the plurality of vanes while the rotor is rotating so that the plurality of vanes continuously protrude up to the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder; and an auxiliary bearing which is provided in at least one of the first guide groove or the second guide groove and rotating with the plurality of vanes.

A rotary compressor, including a cylinder, an inner peripheral surface of which is defines a compression space, provided with a suction port configured to communicate with the compression space to suction and provide refrigerant to the compression space; a roller rotatably provided in the compression space of the cylinder, and including with a plurality of vane slots at predetermined intervals along an outer peripheral surface, the plurality of vanes each providing a back pressure at one side thereinside; a plurality of vanes slidably inserted into the plurality of vane slots, respectively, to rotate together with the roller, front end surfaces of the plurality of vanes coming into contact with an inner periphery of the cylinder due to the back pressure to partition the compression space into a plurality of compression chambers; and a main bearing and a sub bearing provided at both ends of the cylinder, respectively.

A rotary compressor is provided that may include a rotational shaft, first and second bearings configured to support the rotational shaft in a radial direction, a cylinder disposed between the first and second bearings to form a compression space, a rotor disposed in the compression space and coupled to the rotational shaft to compress a refrigerant as the rotor rotates, and at least one vane slidably inserted into the rotor, the at least one vane coming into contact with an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder to separate the compression space into a plurality of regions. The at least one vane may include a pin that extends in an axial direction, and at least one of the first bearing and the second bearing may include a rail groove into which the pin may be inserted.

A rotary compressor may include a cylinder having an inner peripheral surface defined in an annular shape to define a compression space, and a suction port that extends in a lateral direction to communicate with the compression space and through which refrigerant is suctioned into the compression space; a roller rotatably provided in the compression space of the cylinder, and having a plurality of vane slots that provides a back pressure at one side thereinside provided at a predetermined interval along an outer peripheral surface of the roller; a plurality of vanes slidably inserted into the plurality of vane slots, respectively, to rotate together with the roller, front end surfaces of which come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder due to the back pressure to partition the compression space into a plurality of compression chambers; and a main bearing and a sub bearing provided at ends of the cylinder and in contact with surfaces of the plurality of vanes, respectively, and spaced apart from each other to define surfaces of the compression space, respectively. At least one surface of the vane in contact with the main bearing and the sub bearing may be a curved surface having a predetermined curvature.

A rotary compressor may include a rotational shaft, a first bearing and a second bearing each supporting the rotational shaft in a radial direction, a cylinder disposed between the first bearing and the second bearing and forming a compression space, a roller disposed in the compression space to form a contact point spaced at a predetermined interval from the cylinder and coupled to the rotational shaft to compress a refrigerant in response to rotation of the roller, and at least one vane slidably inserted into the roller and in contact with an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder and dividing the compression space into a plurality of compression chambers.

A rotary compressor: a casing; a plurality of bearings provided in an internal space of the casing; at least one cylinder provided between the bearings to form a compression space and has a vane slot; a rolling piston accommodated in the compression space to perform an orbiting movement; at least one vane that is slidably inserted into the vane slot of the cylinder, the at least one vane configured to separate the compression space into a suction chamber and a discharge chamber; a discharge cover including a noise reducing space to accommodate refrigerant discharged from the compression space; and a bypass flow path that allows the noise reducing space of the discharge cover to be connected between a sidewall of the vane slot and a side of the vane facing the sidewall.

A vane-type compressor is provided. The vane-type compressor may include a cylindrical cylinder having opposite open ends along an axial direction, an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder being eccentric from an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder, a main bearing and a sub bearing, respectively, positioned at the open ends of the cylinder, a rotor coupled to a shaft supported by the main bearing and the sub bearing and installed eccentric from the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder, and a plurality of vanes coupled to the rotor to rotate along with the rotor, the plurality of vanes dividing the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder into a plurality of spaces including a suction chamber and a compression chamber when the rotor rotates. An elastic member may be installed at a point at which a minimum gap is maintained between the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder and the rotor so that a portion of the elastic member protrudes inward of the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder. An end of a discharge dimple formed in the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder extends up to the point.

The present invention relates to an amorphous alloy having low frictional resistance and capable of improving abrasion resistance, a target made of the amorphous alloy, and a compressor comprising a layer of the amorphous alloy as a coating layer. According to the present invention, it is possible to secure high hardness and a low elastic modulus of the coating layer by controlling a microstructure having an amorphous phase as a primary phase by using Ti-based three-component to five-component amorphous alloys. As a result, it is possible to prevent the coating layer from being peeled off from a matrix or destroyed, and thus it is possible to achieve the effect of improving reliability or durability of a mechanical apparatus such as a compressor.

A rotary compressor includes a cylinder, a drive unit, a piston, a vane, and an oil passage. The cylinder includes a suction chamber for suctioning fluid and a compression chamber for compressing fluid. The drive unit rotates a drive shaft by connecting to the cylinder. The piston oscillates in the cylinder by connecting to the drive shaft. The vane extends between the cylinder and the piston so as to separate the suction chamber from the compression chamber, and some parts of the length of the vane are inserted into a slide groove formed in the cylinder. One end of the vane is connected to the coupling groove formed in the piston. The oil passage is disposed between one end of the vane and the rolling piston so as to receive oil therethrough.

A rotary compressor includes a cylinder with a vane slot and a suction port. A vane is slidably disposed in the vane slot. The suction port guides fluid to a compression chamber at one circumferential end of the vane slot. The suction port may be formed in a recessed manner in a radial direction such that at least an end of the suction port in contact with an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder forms a slot shape extending between opposite axial side surfaces of the cylinder. A circumferential length of the suction port is reduced from conventional suction ports as a result of the slot configuration, thereby advancing the compression start angle, and a partition wall portion between the suction port and the vane slot may have elasticity, thereby suppressing close contact between the vane and the vane slot.

A rotary compressor may include a rotational shaft coupled to a drive motor and having a central passage, an eccentric portion provided eccentrically from the rotational shaft, a cylinder through which the rotational shaft passes, the cylinder forming a compression chamber in which refrigerant is accommodated, a roller an inner circumferential surface of which is in close contact with an outer circumferential surface of the eccentric portion, the roller rolling and compressing a refrigerant, a vane inserted into the cylinder, the vane protruding from an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder when backpressure is applied to the vane to be in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the roller, and partitioning the compression chamber into a plurality of chambers; a plurality of oil supply grooves on an outer circumferential surface of the eccentric portion; and an oil supply passage that communicates the central passage with the oil supply grooves.

A compressor having a torque load reducing unit to move a center of weight to which a gas force is applied is provided. As the torque load reducing unit is formed at an oval-shaped roller, a distance between a rotation center of the roller and an operation point to which a gas force is applied is shortened. This may reduce a torque load to the roller, and may enhance a compression efficiency.

The present invention includes a case, a driving motor, a rotating shaft, a cylinder having a compression space formed in a central portion thereof, a roller, a main bearing and a sub bearing, and a vane for partitioning the compression space into a suction chamber and a compression chamber, wherein the vane includes a vane housing provided with a space portion and a communication hole formed through one side of a front end portion thereof to form a flow path of a compressed refrigerant, and a valve member slidably installed in the space portion of the vane housing and selectively communicating the space portion with the compression chamber, wherein the flow path of the compressed refrigerant is formed by the movement of the valve member.

A lubricating layer having wear resistance and reliability on the wear resistance, and a compressor including a lubricating layer are provided. The compressor may include a lubricating layer coated on a frictional portion between a rotational shaft and a bearing. The lubricating layer may include at least one metal phase selected from a group consisting of Titanium (Ti); and Copper (Cu), Cobalt (Co), Nickel (Ni), and Zirconium (Zr), and may be a composite structure of amorphous and nanocrystalline materials.
