The battery module includes a plurality of battery cells; at least two module cases respectively having an inner space accommodating the plurality of battery cells therein and having coupling portions protruding toward each other, the at least two module cases being configured such that the coupling portion of one module case makes male-and-female coupling with the coupling portion of another module case; and a first adhesive interposed between the coupling portion of the one module case and the coupling portion of the other module case that make male-and-female coupling with each other.

The battery module includes a plurality of cylindrical battery cells each respectively having electrode terminals; a module case having an accommodation portion in which the plurality of cylindrical battery cells are accommodated; a bus bar including a plate-shaped and electrically conductive body portion, and a connection portion configured to contact the electrode terminals to electrically connect the plurality of cylindrical battery cells to each other; an electrically insulating insulation sheet covering an outer side of the bus bar, the insulation sheet having an exposure hole through which at least a part of the bus bar is exposed to an outside; and an electrically insulating adhesive on the at least a part of the bus bar exposed to the outside through the exposure hole of the insulation sheet.

The battery pack includes a plurality of secondary batteries; a connector including a connection terminal configured to receive electricity from an external device or to supply power to an outside of the battery pack, and an electrically insulating body surrounding a portion of the connection terminal; a pack housing having an inner space in which the plurality of secondary batteries are accommodated and having an insert hole so that at least a part of the body of the connector is inserted therein; and a connector gasket interposed between the insert hole and the connector and having a portion that is bent at least once in one direction, the connector gasket being at least partially compressed and fixed by inserting the connector into the insert hole.

The battery pack includes a plurality of battery cells; a battery management unit configured to manage charging and discharging of the plurality of battery cells and including at least two printed circuit boards electrically connected to each other and arranged such that such that surfaces of the at least two printed circuit boards face each other; and an electrically insulating pack housing having an inner space in which the plurality of battery cells are accommodated and having a fixing unit being configured to fix the at least two printed circuit boards.
