An assembly is provided for an aircraft propulsion system. This assembly includes a nozzle extending axially along and circumferentially about an axial centerline. The nozzle includes a nozzle panel and a nozzle fairing fixedly connected to the nozzle panel at an axial end of the nozzle. The nozzle is configured with an internal flow passage radially between the nozzle panel and the nozzle fairing. The internal flow passage extends axially within the nozzle to an outlet between the nozzle panel and the nozzle fairing at the axial end of the nozzle.

An acoustic liner includes a core including a plurality of cells extending between a first side of the core and a second side of the core opposite the first side of the core. The acoustic liner further includes a back skin including a light-reflecting layer. The light-reflecting layer includes a first side attached to the first side of the core. The acoustic liner further includes a face skin. The face skin includes a first side attached to the second side of the core.

An acoustic panel is provided that includes a perforated first skin, a second skin and a core. The core includes a first wall, a second wall and a stiffener. The core forms a plurality of cavities that extend vertically between the perforated first skin and the second skin and that extend laterally between the first wall and the second wall. The plurality of cavities include a first cavity. The stiffener projects partially into the first cavity and is connect to the first wall and the second wall.

An attachment system for an exhaust component is disclosed. In various embodiments, the attachment system includes a radial attachment flange of the exhaust component; and a radial ring having at least one of a radially outer surface configured for engagement with a radially inner surface of the radial attachment flange or a radially inner surface configured for engagement with a radially outer surface of the radial attachment flange.

A thrust reverser arrangement may comprise an inner fixed structure (IFS), a track beam, a translating sleeve slideably mounted to the track beam, a bypass duct defined between the IFS and the translating sleeve, and an acoustic treated fairing coupled to the translating sleeve, wherein the acoustic treated fairing is configured to attenuate noise generated during operation of a gas turbine engine.

Aspects of the disclosure are directed to a fan ramp for use in a thrust reverser portion of a nacelle of a gas turbine engine, the fan ramp extending circumferentially about an axial fan ramp centerline. The fan ramp comprises a fan ramp forward edge disposed proximate an aft end of a fan case, the fan case at least partially surrounding a fan section of the gas turbine engine. The fan ramp also includes noise attenuating structure at a forward section of the fan ramp forward of a torque box.

A panel includes a corrugated base with base corrugations configured from first base segments and second base segments. A first of the base corrugations includes a first of the first base segments and a first of the second base segments that is non-parallel to the first of the first base segments. The first of the base corrugations forms a first channel that extends laterally between and longitudinally along the first of the first base segments and the first of the second base segments. A corrugated stringer includes a plurality of stringer corrugations arranged longitudinally along and within the first channel. The stringer corrugations are configured from first stringer segments and second stringer segments. A first of the stringer corrugations includes a first of the first stringer segments and a first of the second stringer segments that is non-parallel to the first of the first stringer segments.

A thrust reverser system of a nacelle is provided. The thrust reverser system may include a pressure shell, a blocker door, and a drag link. The blocker door may be pivotably coupled to the pressure shell. The drag link may include a first segment pivotably coupled to a second segment and a third segment pivotably coupled to the second segment and the blocker door.

A nacelle drag-link assembly for a thrust reverser of a propulsion system includes a drag-link fitting, a drag link, a coupling assembly, and a vibration damping assembly. The drag-link fitting includes a base region and a coupling socket extending from the base region. The coupling socket has a first coupling aperture and a second coupling aperture. The drag link includes an inner structure end, an outer structure end, and a link body. The outer structure end includes a pivot area to link with a blocker door of the thrust reverser. A coupling assembly is installed through an aperture of the inner structure end and between the first coupling aperture and the second coupling aperture of the coupling socket. The vibration damping assembly is installed in contact with the drag-link fitting and one or more of: the drag link and the coupling assembly.
