Devices, systems, and methods for door access control via a mobile device are described herein. One mobile device for providing door access control, includes a processor and memory, coupled to the processor, wherein the memory includes instructions executable by the processor to provide a specific user identity, assigned to the mobile device, and a digital identifier, that is associated with an application stored in memory on the mobile device, to a door access controller, wherein the application includes a locking mechanism for the application that must be renewed at a first particular time period and wherein the mobile device includes a locking mechanism to lock the device after a second particular time period.

Systems, devices, and methods for access control via a mobile device are described herein. One method includes receiving location information associated with a mobile device in a facility, determining that the mobile device is within a particular distance of an area of the facility based on the location information, determining whether a user of the mobile device is allowed access to the area, and allowing access to the area via a relay associated with the area responsive to a determination that the user is allowed access.

Systems, devices, and methods for access control via a mobile device are described herein. One device includes instructions stored thereon executable by a processor to track a location of a mobile device in a facility based on communications between the mobile device and a plurality of beacons located in the facility, wherein the mobile device is associated with a particular user having access rights associated with the facility, determine that the mobile device is located in a particular area of the facility, determine whether the user is allowed access to the particular area based on the access rights, and provide a notification responsive to a determination that the user is not allowed access to the particular area.

Systems, devices, and methods for checkpoint-based location monitoring via a mobile device are described herein. One device includes instructions stored thereon executable by a processor to receive, via a mobile device associated with a user in a facility having a plurality of wireless beacons therein, an indication of a first checkpoint corresponding to a first location in the facility and a first time period in which the user is allowed to reach the first checkpoint, provide to the user, via the mobile device, the indication of the first checkpoint and the first time period allowed to reach the first checkpoint, determine that the mobile device reached the first checkpoint based on a communication between the mobile device and a wireless beacon associated with the first checkpoint, receive, via the mobile device subsequent to the determination, an indication of a second checkpoint corresponding to a second location in the facility and a second time period in which the user is allowed to reach the second checkpoint, and provide to the user, via the mobile device, the indication of the second checkpoint and the second time period in which the user is allowed to reach the second checkpoint.

Systems, devices, and methods for access control via a mobile device are described herein. Described herein are systems and methods for managing configuration data. These are particularly directed towards the management of configuration data in disconnected remote devices of a host system. For example, this may be an access control environment having one or more connected access control devices (i.e. devices in communication with a central server), and one or more disconnected access control devices (i.e. devices operating without communication with the central server), the latter being regarded as disconnected remote devices. In overview, the present systems and methods make use of a versioning protocol to allow the reliable distribution of configuration data at the disconnected remote devices, this protocol operating to best ensure the propagation of the most current configuration data.

Systems and methods for managing configuration data at disconnected remote devices

A method and apparatus, often implemented in a building management system, may include receiving data indicative of a threat level identifier, and subsequently receiving a user instruction to associate one or more sets of building system configuration data with the threat level identifier. Each set of building system configuration data may relate to a respective building system. The instruction may be processed to selectively associate the one or more sets of building system configuration data with the threat level identifier. Subsequently, in response to an instruction to implement a threat level corresponding to the threat level identifier, signals may be generated and transmitted thereby to instruct the relevant building systems to apply configuration data corresponding to the one or more data sets associated with the threat level identifier.
