An insulated fence tensioner for use with a flexible polymer fence rail having at least one electrically conductive member has a metal barrel including a slot for receiving an end of the fence rail. An electrically non-conductive tubular liner is situated within the metal barrel, the liner including two edges defining a slot aligned with the metal barrel slot. An electrically non-conductive sleeve surrounds the metal barrel, the sleeve including two edges defining a slot aligned with the metal barrel slot. One set of the liner and sleeve edges are formed as a pair of folded edges positioned to penetrate the metal barrel slot and overlap the other set of the edges. An electrically non-conductive flange is positioned between the electrically conductive member of the flexible polymer fence rail and the metal mounting bracket of the fence tensioner.

A display stand has a base, a vertical pole having a lower end fixed to the base. The pole includes two sections having a stem projecting upward from each section. A bearing is coupled each stem of the pole. A pair of racks, each having a central tube with a bearing race fixed within a lower end contacts an outer surface of the bearings for rotation around the tube. Each rack has a generally square perimeter with rounded corners formed of wire, with a plurality of radial support members coupled between the central tube and the rounded corners. Each side of the square perimeter portion includes a pair of hooks adjacent the rounded corners to engage products to be displayed on the stand, the hooks projecting a limited distance outward below the plane of the rack square perimeter.

A display stand for sheet goods such as desk chair mats has a pair of upright side members and a base coupled to the side members. The base can have an upper surface to support a lower edge of sheet goods in a standing position. A protrusion can define an arcuate front lip along the retaining well. The arcuate front lip can be configured to impart a curvature to facilitate standing of the sheet goods. The upper surface of the base can be configured to have different elevations. A back member can be coupled to the upright side members, and can swing, slide, or both, between an open position to provide access to the sheet goods and a closed position to retain the sheet goods within the display. Signage panels can be coupled between the side members along a tie member to attract customers to the displayed goods.

A coupling for an end of polymer jacketed high tensile wire fencing formed by a plate having first and second edges, a slot passing through the plate perpendicular to the first and second edges, having upper and lower ends spaced from the edges, a fold in the fencing defining a bight joining a shorter portion to a longer portion of the fencing, the fold penetrating the slot, and a pin of a length greater than the distance between the upper and lower ends of the slot, the pin having an end inserted into the bight in the fold of the fencing to retain the fold of the fencing in the slot, the pin being vertically removable from the bight to quickly release the fencing from the coupling.

A fuel tester is provided, which may be used to test for the presence of a contaminant such as water in a sample of fuel. In one embodiment, the fuel tester is a tube with a receiving end configured to attach to a sample container. The sample container holds a sample of fuel obtained from a device such as an aircraft. The fuel tester also includes a light source, e.g. a light emitting diode that is positioned in the tube to emit light on the sample of fuel in the sample container. If water is present in the sample of fuel, the water will form a separate layer from the fuel. The water layer will appear as a lighter shade of color and the fuel layer will appear as a darker shade of color on visual inspection by a user. The non-uniformity in color of the sample will alert the user that water is present in the fuel sample.

Fuel tester

The present invention provides a high-intensity LED as a light source for use in hands-free illumination devices. In one embodiment, one or more high-intensity LEDs are incorporated in, or added to, headgear, such as an aircraft headset. The LEDs may be powered by a battery, an external power source, or both. Also provided is a kit and method of installation for retrofitting existing headgear with LEDs.
