An arm support system incorporates a harness with a support plate engaged to the harness. The support plate has an engagement element. A wrist strap has a mating engagement element and the wrist strap is adapted to be engaged to a wrist of an injured arm. Engagement of the mating engagement element onto the engagement element supports the injured arm.

Arm support system

An attachment system for an orthopedic brace incorporates at least one cinching system assembly having a knob rotatable in a first direction and a second direction. At least one cinching plate is engaged by the knob for rotation in the first direction in a first orientation and transitions to a second orientation upon rotation in the second direction. A ratchet wheel is engaged by the cinching plate in the first orientation for rotation in the first direction. At least one ratchet arm engages the ratchet wheel for ratcheting operation and is engaged by the cinching plate in the second orientation for disengagement from the ratchet arm. A shaft is rotated in response to rotation of the ratchet wheel and a strap is extendible from and retractable on the shaft upon rotation of the shaft.

Orthopedic brace securing and tensioning system

A knee brace incorporates an upper attachment assembly having an upper cuff with medial and lateral struts extending therefrom and a lower attachment assembly having a lower cuff with lower medial and lateral struts extending therefrom. The upper and lower medial struts are connected proximate a user's knee by a medial hinge assembly and the upper and lower lateral struts are connected proximate the user's knee by a lateral hinge assembly. At least one of the struts includes a mechanism dynamically extending the strut with respect to a rotation point of that strut in the associated hinge upon flexion of the upper and lower attachment assemblies between a flexed position and an extended position.

An accessible display box employs a front portion attached to a rear portion with a hinge. A front hanger bar receiver is centered in a top rim of the front portion and a rear hanger bar receiver extends from the rear portion aligned with the front hanger bar receiver. A releasable engagement mechanism secures the front portion and rear portion allowing the box to be easily opened for access to the carried product.

Accessible storage and display box

A knee brace incorporates an upper attachment assembly received anteriorly on a thigh of and a lower attachment assembly to be received on a lower leg of a patent. Medial and lateral longitudinal supports are interconnected at medial and lateral hinges. An outer lateral arcuate support plate is attached to a first end of the lateral longitudinal support and an outer medial arcuate support plate is attached to a first end of the medial longitudinal support. Symmetrical lateral adjustment is accomplished with an anterior arcuate support plate and a lateral adjustment ratchet mounted to the anterior support plate. A lateral adjustment strap extends from the lateral arcuate support plate through the lateral adjustment ratchet. A lateral adjustment strap extends from the medial arcuate support plate through the lateral adjustment ratchet and rotation of the lateral adjustment ratchet symmetrically expands or retracts the lateral adjustment straps.
