The disclosure relates to an assembly including a superstructure support that supports a superstructure, an implant body having an inner thread, and a threaded bolt. The superstructure support and the implant body are secured against rotation relative to one other. An inner thread is arranged in the cavity of the superstructure support, in the region of said cavity facing the implant body. The threaded bolt has two outer threads arranged one behind the other, with or without a spacing between them, the first of which is an outer thread for driving and the second is an outer thread for clamping. The two outer threads have different pitches. The present invention improves an assembly interface between a superstructure support and an implant body, such that the superstructure is securely supported, with simple pre-assembly and final assembly.

Assembly interface between a superstructure and an implant body

A nanostructure is made of a plurality of nanocrystals on at least one surface or surface region of a titanium body. A method for generating such nanostructure is by means of hydrothermal oxidation. Thereby, the nanocrystals have a basic tetragonal-pyramidal shape, at least in some regions. The area density of the nanocrystals is between 40 and 400 per μm, wherein the area density decreases with increasing crystal height. The average spacing of 50 to 160 nm of adjacent nanocrystals is obtained at a nanocrystal height of 23 to 100 nm. This provides a titanium-based, bactericidal and hydrophilic nanostructure for implant surfaces and, at the same time, a corresponding manufacturing method with which the size and distribution of the nanocrystals forming a nanostructure that facilitates healing can be determined.

Nanostructure and method for producing same

The invention relates to a superstructure support () as part of a prosthetic tooth replacement () between an implant body () and a superstructure, comprising a hollow implant post (), a hollow implant pin (), and an implant flange () lying therebetween. The cavity zones () of the implant post () and of the implant pin () transition into each other. The center lines () include an angle of 60 to 86 angular degrees. An attachment element () can be arranged on the implant post () in a rotationally fixed manner by means of an assembly joint (), which forms an interface (). The attachment element () is a cap-type element. At least some areas of the implant flange () have a supporting enveloping surface (). The attachment element () has an interface geometry (), which can be mounted on the interface geometry () of the superstructure support () in an interlocking and/or frictional manner at least in some areas. By means of the invention, a superstructure support () for the prosthetic tooth replacement is improved in such a way that the interface between the implant post () and the attachment element () enables secure and simple joining and disconnecting of the interface components.

Superstructure support having special implant post geometry

The invention relates to a superstructure support () as part of a prosthetic tooth replacement () between an implant body () and a superstructure, comprising a hollow implant post (), a hollow implant pin (), and an implant flange () lying therebetween. The cavity zones () of the implant post () and of the implant pin () transition into each other. The cavity zones have respective center lines (), which include an angle of 60 to 86 angular degrees. The cavity zone () of the implant pin () has a screw head seat surface () that widens toward the implant flange. At least some areas of the implant flange form a supporting enveloping surface (), which is oriented toward the implant post () and the outer edge () of which spans a reference plane (), which is perpendicularly intersected by the center line () of the post-side cavity zone (). The center lines of the implant post () and of the implant pin () intersect or cross below the reference plane (). By means of the invention, a superstructure support () for the prosthetic tooth replacement is improved in such a way that a secure and lasting screwed connection to the implant body is ensured.

Superstructure support having special inner and outer geometry

A superstructure support for disposition between an implantation body and a crown of a prosthetic tooth replacement includes a crown supporting area with an upper engagement structure or supporting the crown and a lower area facing the implantation body and having a smooth microstructure surface provided with webs and grooves extending around the superstructure support and acting as bacteria barrier between the gum of a patient and the superstructure support when mounted onto the implantation body installed in the jawbone of the patient.
