The present invention comprises a structure with the same external geometry as a generic hook, but with a topology (internal structuring) that allows a greater distribution of deformation energy to all elements of the part, with load transfer to other less stressed regions. When the present invention is subjected to a loading, said flexible parts deform in a pre-specified manner, transferring part of a loading that would be excessive in a given region to another less loaded region, without any power supply or external interference. In this way, the deformation pattern that occurs in the present invention relieves stresses where they are greatest and, at the same time, provides flexibility (compliance), more adequately distributing coupling loads between the various fastening components.

Disclosed is a mechanism for retracting the wedges of a rigid riser support, consisting of a cam holder crown, rods with rollers, a drive spindle, a hydraulic actuator and springs; this system can be driven by ROV or remotely. The system allows the reduction of the need for shallow diving and enables interconnections of rigid risers by keelhauling, promoting competitiveness with the flexible riser solution.

In order to achieve the above-described objectives, the present invention provides an adapter tool for coupling a bend stiffener with diverless bell mouth (DLBM) interface in a bell mouth with BSN900E-type interface. The adapter tool is capable of maintaining interchangeability and flexibility between designs or design phases, even if different bell mouth models are used. A tool characterized in that it comprises an adapter split ring () that, in the upper part, has a geometry compatible with the dovetail profile of the BSN900E model helmet and, in the lower part, has a geometry compatible with the seating profile of the DLBM helmet (). The present invention leads to two assembly methods, which guarantee the operational safety of the adapter assembly, namely: a method where it is only done by screws located in the split ring; and another, where the assembly includes, in addition to the split ring, an assembly with the support ring and rods.

In order to achieve the objects described above, the present invention provides an adapter tool for coupling a ben stiffener with interface for bell mouths of models with connection type BSN900E in a diverless bell mouth (BSDL), consisting of a adapter split ring (), guide pin holes (C), fastener eyes (D), and through holes (E). The adapter tool is capable of keeping interchangeability and flexibility between projects or project phases, even if different bellmouth models are used. The interconnection method between the helmet () and the adapter split ring () can be done by direct attachment by bolt, or by attachment by ring/rod support. Both interconnections can be made on board a flexible line launching vessel, in the case of reusing lines from other projects, or at the factory, in the case of sharing new flexible lines.

The present invention addresses to a system for supporting the tension load of the riser, this component with the primary function of supporting the risers, where the riser support mechanism is an integral part of the upper cone, thus eliminating the need to install slips by the shallow dive, and, also avoiding that the locking mechanism is an integral part of the Top Termination of the Riser (L). There is a minimal number of moving parts, which favors the maintainability of the system. In addition, if maintenance is required, the size and weight of the components are compatible with diving operations. For pull-in operations, it is anticipated that the slips will return to their working position only by the action of the force of gravity. In the case of pull-out, the concept of automated slip retraction mechanism was developed. A new Top Termination of the Riser (TTR) (L) geometry is also proposed, aiming at its simplification, in which, in addition to considering the locking mechanism as an integral part of the upper cone of the Support Pipe, there is the elimination of moving components for stabilization of its side movement (a function formerly performed by the locking ring or by the gap compensator).

The present invention provides a system for coupling between a bend stiffener () and a bell month () comprising a plurality of locking mechanisms (), wherein each locking mechanism () is secured externally to the bell mouth () and comprises a movable lug () positioned such as to slope downwards, in which the lug () accesses the interior of the bell mouth () and is actuated by an elastic element () designed to exert pressure on the lug () in the direction of the interior of the bell mouth ().
