The tool is constituted, on one hand, by a lower plate (12) traversed by a calibrated orifice, between an admission chamber (14) equipped with a roller (18) and a cutting plate (15) and, on the other hand, by an upper cover (22) also pierced by an opening (24) emerging in an inlet chamber (26) equipped with a roller (28).
