A rotor for an electrical machine includes a base body, a plurality of permanent magnets which are arranged axially in rows on an outer surface of the base body. At least two of the permanent magnet rows are arranged so as to be mutually offset in an axial direction. First and second locking plates are respectively arranged at axial end faces of the base body to secure the rows of permanent magnets in the axial direction, with the first and second locking plates each having a surface which rests on respective axial ends of the permanent magnet rows. A bandage is wound around the base body to fix the permanent magnets to the outer surface of the base body.

A stator for a dynamoelectric machine includes a stator body having slots and a winding system positioned in the slots of the stator body and having coils terminating in winding heads on end faces of the stator body, wherein each slot receives different coil sides of neighboring coils. Arranged between the coil sides in at least one of the slots is a temperature sensor to ascertain a temperature in the stator, in particular between the coil sides of the winding system in the slots of the stator.

A stator for an electric drive, includes a stator housing configured in the form of a stack of laminations and having a stator bore. The housing is surrounded by a cooling jacket and has opposite winding end portions. Tubular insulators abut the bore-confronting inner surface of the winding end portions, whereby the tubular insulators bound respective cavities in concert with end faces of the stator housing and the cooling jacket for receiving the winding end portions, with the cavities being filled with insulating casting material.

An electric machine, includes a stator with a laminated stator body having winding end portions potted in a cast, and a rotor for interaction with the stator. In order to cope with the increased heat development in the zone of the winding end portions compared to the zone of the stator body, the cast of the winding end portions is formed with surface-enlarging structures in heat-conducting contact with a cooling jacket or with a cooling medium, and/or the cast is provided at least partially with a heat-conducting envelope which carries off heat.

Electric machine with improved cooling feature

An electrical machine contains winding coils, in which the winding coils are able to be slid from the stator bore on to pole bodies provided on the stator of the machine and are retained on the pole bodies. The power/space ratio of the winding space available on the pole bodies is able to be increased by inserting at least one clamping part on the end faces of the pole bodies between the specific end face and the mounted winding coil. This clamping part is provided with at least two retention arms which extend in mutual opposition in the circumferential direction of the machine. The clamping part extends with the retention arms under the winding coil on the coil side facing the exposed end of the pole bodies.
