The present invention is generally directed to a versatile fluid treatment system which includes: a mobile device; a track system connected to the mobile device; one or more treatment vessels removably attached to the track system, each treatment vessel comprising a treatment material disposed inside the treatment vessel, at least one fluid inlet, and at least one fluid outlet; an input conduit that receives a fluid to be treated, the input conduit in fluid communication with the fluid inlet on the treatment vessel; and an output conduit in fluid communication with the fluid outlet on the treatment vessel, the output conduit receives treated fluid from the treatment vessels via the fluid outlet.

Mobile system for treatment of water by deionization

A fishing lure for producing a desired sound as the lure sinks in a fluid has a proximal end and a distal end, a first side wall and a second side wall between the proximal end and the distal end, and an upper surface and a lower surface between the proximal end and the distal end. A central chamber is positioned in the body between the lower surface and the upper surface and intermediate the front end and the rear end of the body. A rib is positioned in the central chamber proximate the lower surface. An upper weight and a lower weight are housed in the central chamber, with the lower weight detachably lodged proximate the rib in the central chamber. The upper weight pivots about the lower central weight as the lure sinks in the fluid to generate the desired sound vibrations.

A fishing lure includes a rattle that is adjustable between a rattling mode and a muted mode. The fishing lure includes a body having an outer surface and an inner surface. Inside the body is a rattle chamber and a muted chamber, with a channel connecting the rattle chamber with the muted chamber. The rattle is moveable between the muted chamber and the rattle chamber to determine when rattling is available and when the rattle is muted.

A teaching clock for teaching the concept of elapsed time includes a clock face having a minute hand and an hour hand pivotally mounted to the clock face and an elapsed time indicator having an hour hand and a minute hand that move synchronously with the movement of the clock hands. The hour hand is connected to the minute hand such that pivotal movement of the minute hand about the clock face causes the hour hand to pivot synchronously therewith to designate a progression of hours of the day. The minute hand and hour hand are selectively positionable to display a time of day. The elapsed time display may include a releasable connection connected to the minute hand such that the elapsed time display resets to an initial or zero position upon release of the releasable connection whereby an elapsed time is shown by the elapsed time display between any two selected times of day shown by the minute hand and hour hand on the clock face.

Apparatus, method and system for teaching elapsed time

An aircraft having variable airframe geometry includes an elongate fuselage having top and bottom sides, a swept back, high-speed wing mounted to the top of the fuselage, and a high aspect ratio, low-speed wing pivotally mounted adjacent to the bottom of the fuselage. The low-speed wing is adapted to pivot between a slow speed flight position in which a longitudinal axis of the low-speed wing is generally perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the fuselage, and a high-speed flight position in which the longitudinal axis of the low-speed wing is generally parallel to the longitudinal axis of the fuselage. A fairing extends from the fuselage for receiving at least a portion of the low-speed wing when pivoted into the high-speed flight position. The low-speed wing further includes landing gear.

The present invention provides the capability to use customized procedures to manipulate and control objects in graphic implementations. It provides externalizes much of the underlying object manipulation functionality. A customized procedure is executed at various 'trigger' points including: the expiration of a specified period of time; the opening or closing of a window; or, when input from a mouse input device is received. There are several different types of mouse events: mouse button down; mouse move with button down; mouse move with no button down; and mouse button up. A graphic object associated with a customized procedure that is triggered by a mouse event is called a 'button object.' The customized procedure associated with a button object has four parameters: buttonobj, hitobj, win, and eventinfo. The buttonobj parameter refers to the graphic object having a button procedure that is currently being executed. The hitobj parameter refers to the graphic object that was selected triggering the mouse event. The present invention provides a tree-like organization for grouping its graphic objects. If the selected object does not have an associated button procedure, the tree-like structure is traversed upward to find an object that does have an associated button procedure. The win parameter identifies the window that the mouse event occurred in. The eventinfo parameter points to a record containing information pertaining to the mouse event that triggered the procedure execution. A customized procedure driven by a mouse event transforms a graphic object into a 'button' object.

Method for manipulating graphic objects

An absorbent article, such as a diaper, sanitary napkin, adult incontinent device, and the like having meltblown components is provided. The absorbent articles preferably comprises a liquid pervious thermoplastic apertured film topsheet, a liquid impervious backsheet, an absorbent core, and a fibrous acquisition web of spunlaced nonwoven fibers. The absorbent core is positioned between the topsheet and backsheet which are joined at least about a portion of the periphery of the absorbent article and the topsheet is fused to the acquisition web at discrete points of attachment. The acquisition web is positioned between the topsheet and the absorbent core.

A vertically adjustable hanger for supporting a dispenser for adding a chemical to a toilet tank on a vertical wall member of such toilet tank at a predetermined height to be selected by the user is described as including a bayonet member having means on its upper end for attachment to such toilet tank wall, and a channel means located on the chemical dispenser. The bayonet member further includes vertical adjustment means and, in a preferred embodiment, vertical control means located below its attachment means. The attachment means is rotatable between a predetermined substantially non-obstructive storage position and a hanging position, and when rotated from storage position to hanging position, increases the effective thickness of the dispenser. The channel means has a predetermined length, width and thickness and, in a preferred embodiment, includes locking means which cooperate with the vertical control means of the bayonet member to prevent vertical adjustment of the bayonet member except when the attachment means is in hanging position. The vertical adjustment means interacts with the channel means to provide vertical adjustability of the bayonet within the channel, whereby the vertical position of the dispenser may be adjusted as desired by rotating the attachment means into hanging position, and thereafter, advancing or retracting the bayonet member within the bayonet member within the channel means in a direction generally parallel to its length.

Rotatable and vertically adjustable dispenser suspension means

A dispenser for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of a toilet bowl of a flush toilet is provided to co-dispense doses of two or more chemical solutions in response to the change in water level in the toilet tank reservoir during a flush cycle. The dispenser is to have an operational life based on an approximately predetermined number of flush cycles and includes a first internal reservoir containing a quantity of soluble solid-state first chemical sufficient to provide a saturated dose of first chemical cleaning solution in response to each flush cycle throughout the operational life of the dispenser to thereby maintain bowl cleanliness. A second internal reservoir is also provided which contains a quantity of soluble solid-state second chemical sufficient to provide a saturated dose of second chemical cleaning solution in response to each flush cycle only during an initial minor portion of the operational life of the dispenser thereby providing additional concentration of chemicals within the toilet bowl to facilitate loosening of established organic soil deposits on contacting toilet bowl surfaces. Both the first and second internal reservoirs include dispensing passageways for conveying the respective doses of chemical solutions to the water in the toilet tank in response to water level change therewithin during a flush cycle. Both reservoirs also include air vents and means to provide isolation of the respective chemical solutions from the toilet tank reservoir water during quiescent periods.

Passive dosing dispenser featuring high strength initial cleaning action

The present invention relates to a paper feeding mechanism primarily for printing presses, or the like machines, comprising a left and right interlocking grill, which supports the stack of paper which is fed to the press. The adjustable grill rests on a center base support and the press side support pieces. The grill is adjustable in a horizontal direction depending on the width of the paper, in conjunction with the left and right hand paper pile support guides. The paper feeding mechanism also comprises an adjusting rear paper pile feeding guide adapted to press against the rear of the paper pile, holding it against the front feeder plate of the press. As the paper pile rises an inverted V-shaped feed guide gradually opens allowing the paper to keep rising until all sheets are fed into the press.

A simulator has a barrel arranged to launch a projectile. The simulator iudes a stress device for stressing the barrel. This stress device comprises a piston slidably mounted within the barrel. This piston is operative to expand at its periphery. Also included in the stress device is a seal that is sealed to the barrel and is spaced alongside the piston. The piston is positioned between the seal and the muzzle of the barrel. Pressurized fluid can be applied to the above equipment to pressurize the interspace between the piston and the seal.
