A method and apparatus for providing a self-powered variable fountain display is disclosed. A high-pressure source of water is applied to a bifurcated manifold. A first portion of the manifold supplies a distribution chamber within which is a plurality of distribution holes, each of which is capable of driving an individual fountain display nozzle. A second portion of the manifold provides motive power to an impeller that in turn drives a gear system used to select which of the plurality of distribution holes is active.

Air that has been subjected to a high electrical potential corona and then mixed with a fluid in a constant differential pressure venturi is delivered to an improved container apparatus wherein an inert gas is infused into the fluid such that the resultant stabilized fluid demonstrates significantly improved usable life. Alternatively, an additive may be combined to provide application specific characteristics. The combination of the method and apparatus, taken together, provide substantially increased shelf life of an inert gas infused fluid.

Improvements in a dual platform for a composite power pole is disclosed. The platform. The stepup is a two-tiered aerial working platform that be attached to an upright member such as an electrical power pole, it can be mounted at any put the lineman or worker in the best possible working position and allows a lineman to step up or down in a manner that they are accustomed. The dual platform wraps partially around the pole so a worker can safely step around pole without fear of a misstep. The platforms exist at a neutral angle to increase standing comfort. The platforms are nestable whereby platforms can be strapped to opposite sides of pole. This allows a worker to install multiple platforms to make a ladder to climb the pole or to create a platform around the circumference of the pole or a circumferential staircase.

The present disclosure provides a backflow collection system and a method for reclaiming backflow from a wellbore. The backflow collection system, in one embodiment, includes a collection vessel having an upper section and a lower section, the collection vessel having a side opening configured to receive backflow from an oil/gas well, as well as a discharge port proximate an upper end of the upper section configured to discharge pressurized gas from the collection vessel. The backflow collection system, in this embodiment, further includes an elevated auger positioned in relation to the collection vessel and configured to receive solid and liquid matter from a bottom opening in the lower section of the collection vessel, the collection vessel designed such that when fluid is contained therein it acts as a liquid/gas seal to prevent the pressurized gas from exiting through the bottom opening in the lower section of the collection vessel.

Provided is a backflow collection system that includes a collection vessel having an upper section and a lower section, the collection vessel having a side opening configured to receive backflow from an oil/gas well, as well as a discharge port proximate an upper end of the upper section configured to discharge pressurized gas from the collection vessel. The backflow collection system may further include an auger coupled proximate the lower section of the collection vessel, the auger configured to receive solid and liquid matter from a bottom opening in the lower section, and when elevated remove at least a portion of the solid and liquid matter from the collection vessel, the collection vessel designed such that when fluid is contained therein it acts as a liquid/gas seal to prevent the pressurized gas from exiting through the bottom opening in the lower section of the collection vessel.

The present disclosure provides a collection receptacle and a method for reclaiming backflow from a wellbore. The collection receptacle, in one embodiment, includes an enclosure configured to collect solid and liquid matter, and an elevated auger extending into the enclosure and configured to remove the solid matter from the enclosure. In this embodiment, the auger includes a housing having an outside radius r, a flighting having a radius r, and a shaft of the flighting having a radius of rwherein a ratio (r/r) ranges from about 0.5 to about 0.6, and further wherein a relationship between the flighting radius rand shaft radius rpromotes separation of the solid matter from the liquid matter as the solid matter travels up the auger and out of the enclosure.

One aspect provides a distribution auger. The distribution auger comprises a fill hopper, a flighting, and an outer covering surrounding the flighting. The fill hopper is located at a first end of the distribution auger and the outer covering includes a plurality of openings located on a bottom side such that, when the distribution auger is horizontally configured, solid matter introduced to the fill hopper located at the first end of the distribution auger falls through the plurality of holes when propelled by the flighting.

The present disclosure provides a collection receptacle and a method for reclaiming backflow from a wellbore. The collection receptacle, in one embodiment, includes an enclosure configured to collect solid and liquid matter, and an elevated auger extending into the enclosure and configured to remove the solid matter from the enclosure. In this embodiment, the auger includes a housing and a flighting, the housing and flighting configured in such a way as to promote separation of the solid matter from the liquid matter as the solid matter travels up the auger and out of the enclosure.

The present invention describes an apparatus and teaches a method for removing particulate matter from a plurality of vessels. Examples of these vessels include aquariums, spas, fountains and pools. An ordinary hand held power drill motor is connected via a drill motor pump to a pick-up head containing a pair of hoses. Upon activation, a first hose applies suction to the pick-up head drawing both water and particulate into a chamber. The water continues through to a pump mounted in a housing, through the pump and out the discharge hose while the particulate is trapped within the chamber by a filter for later removal.

An apparatus and method for use in a network including source clients and viewer clients connected to one or more shared transmission media. A video server is connected to one of the transmission media and is operative to control the broadcast and storage of multiple live or previously-stored video streams. The control may be provided via remote procedure call (RPC) commands transmitted between the server and the clients. In one embodiment, a video presentation system is provided in which a video stream from a source client is continuously broadcast to a number of viewer clients. One or more of the viewer clients may be authorized by the source client to broadcast an audio and/or video stream to the other clients receiving the source video stream. In another embodiment, a multicast directory is provided to each of a plurality of viewer clients by transmitting directory information in a packet corresponding to a predetermined multicast address. The multicast directory indicates to a particular viewer client which of a number of video programs are available for broadcast to that client.
