A generator system with a generator connected between a first preexisting pipe and a second preexisting pipe. The generating system can have a non-magnetic section of pipe, a flux guide, a plurality of coils, a non-rotating stator a rotating device, a plurality of rare earth, and a controller. Fluid flows through the first preexisting pipe flange towards the second preexisting pipe flange, which causes the rotating device to turn the rotating shaft that rotates the plurality of rare earth magnets to provide a magnetic flux energizing the plurality of coils generating a current of sufficient energy to produce at least six watts continuously.

Generator system

A generator system fluidly connected between a first preexisting pipe and a second preexisting pipe comprising a generator with a first preexisting pipe flange and a second preexisting pipe flange, without forming any holes in the first and second preexisting pipes. A first and second generator flange for engaging a non-magnetic section of pipe and the preexisting pipes and a plurality of coils secured to the non-magnetic section of pipe. A plurality of rare earth magnets secured to an outer surface of a rotating drum or a propeller and configured to energize the plurality of coils. At least one radial bearing, a thrust bearing and a junction box electrically connected to the plurality of coils for receiving energy produced by the plurality of coils and for transmitting a current.

A bonding system for a tank battery containing a flammable or combustible product being stored or conveyed, including a bonding conductor, an electrically conductive base member mounted on the tank, the electrically-conductive base member electrically connected to the bonding conductor and to ground installed within each tank and also including a flexible conductive medium with an upper end and a lower end and a plurality of fine electrically-conductive metal wires each having a proximal end and a terminal end, the proximal ends of which are intertwined with the flexible conductive medium to be in electrical connection with the electrical conductive medium, the upper end of the flexible conductive medium electrically connected with the electrically conductive base member and a plurality of static drains located proximate to the highest points of the tank battery and electrically bonded to said bonding conductor.

Disclosed is a roof spoiler that effectively disrupts the attached flow of wind upon a roof surface. This spoiler has a stowed position, whereby it is almost completely out of the view of passersby. It also has a deployed position, wherein a barrier is projected vertically, or substantially vertically, so as to disrupt the flow of air over the roof surface. This spoiler utilizes a hinged design to move between these two positions. The spoiler is specially designed to operate in conjunction with a gutter mounted along the leading edge of the roof. In the stowed position, a portion of the spoiler covers the open gutter. In one embodiment, the spoiler is L-shaped to facilitate its stability in the deployed position.

Roof spoiler

Disclosed is a roof spoiler that effectively disrupts the attached flow of wind on a roof surface. Preferably, the spoiler is specially designed for installation with a gutter mounted on the roof fascia or along the leading edge of the roof. This spoiler utilizes a hinged design to move between two operating positions. The first position is a stowed position, whereby the spoiler extends beyond the gutter and is designed to be nearly invisible to passersby. In the stowed position, a portion of the spoiler covers the outer edge of the gutter (if present). A second portion of the spoiler may extend outward from the gutter. The second position is a deployed position, wherein a barrier is projected vertically, or substantially vertically, so as to disrupt the flow of air over the roof surface. In one embodiment, the spoiler rests upon the roof covering when in the deployed position. In another embodiment, the spoiler rests near or against the gutter or holding bracket. In one embodiment, a bracketing system, or support structure, is placed around an existing gutter. The roof spoiler is then pivotally attached to this support structure. In another embodiment, the support structure attaches directly to the gutter.

Wind spoiler for roofs

An electrical dissipator comprising a multiplicity of fine electrically conductive wires having their proximate ends fitted into a hole in an electrically conductive base member and secured therein by crimping to securely grip the ends of the wires. One embodiment of the base member comprises a hollow tube allowing connection over an existing traditional lightning rod. In another embodiment, the base member comprises a solid rod or hollow tube having its proximal end threaded to allow the traditional lightning rod to be unthreaded from its threaded base and replaced. In a third embodiment, the base member comprises an apertured flange for bolting to the structure to be protected from lightning.
