A voltage regulator device for a rotary electrical machine, notably an alternator and/or alternator-starter of a motor vehicle. The regulator device () comprises one or more electronic components () able to contribute to controlling the electric machine, a heat sink () having parallel heat-dissipating vanes (). The heat sink is in a heat-exchange relationship with the component or components, and a support () on which the heat sink is positioned. The support is able to be mounted on the electric machine in such a way that the vanes of the heat sink can orient an air flow towards a region of depression provided between the support and the machine. A bearing of an electric machine is equipped with such a device and to an electric machine equipped with such a bearing.

A voltage regulator device provided in a bearing of a rotary electric machine of a motor vehicle. The regulator device comprises a support and at least one electronic component configured to participate in the control of the electric machine. The support comprises a first part on which the at least one electronic component is mounted. The first part having an edge equipped with a brush holder provided with at least one brush-holder receptacle configured to accommodate a brush for making an electrical connection with a rotor of the electric machine. The device is configured to allow air to flow through the first part of the support, in contact with the brush holder. The device includes at least one air circulation slot provided through the support between the first part and the brush-holder. The support covers an air opening in the bearing.

The regulator/brush-holder assembly () comprises a support () and an electrical circuit () comprising a regulating element () connected by microwires to a trace circuit (). The electrical circuit further includes a filtering circuit () separate from the regulating element and connected by microwires to the trace circuit. According to one particular embodiment, the filtering circuit comprises an insulating substrate () and surface-mounted components (C, C, S, S, V). A ground plane () and/or one or more ground pads may be provided for connection to a ground trace of the trace circuit. The filtration frequencies of the filter circuit extend from 100 kHz to 1 GHz.

Ond.) to control the power circuits () on the basis of diagnostic signals (Diag. Exc., Diag. Ond.) which are representative of a state of functioning of the system. The method additionally generates control signals (Dd. Exc., Dd. Ond., Auth. Exc., Auth. Ond.) by means of the second control circuit (), under the control of the electronic control unit ().

Method and device for failsafe control of alternator-starter of micro-hybrid type, and corresponding micro-hybrid system

The micro-hybrid system for a transport vehicle comprises a rotary electric machine suitable for being coupled mechanically to an engine of the vehicle, an AC-to-DC converter, a DC-to-DC converter, first and second electrical energy reservoirs suitable for storing an electrical energy produced by the rotary machine and for returning the electrical energy to consumer devices equipping the vehicle, and a controller for controlling the operation of the micro-hybrid system. The controller comprises piloting strategies module suitable for autonomously piloting the operating modes of the micro-hybrid system according to a plurality of strategies depending on information provided to said piloting means regarding an internal state of the micro-hybrid system and of a state of the vehicle.

A method of managing the degraded modes of a system for the automatic starting/stopping of a heat engine of a vehicle, whereby the system receives information supplied by measurement and detection sensors and by a bus for the communication of vehicle operating data. The method comprises the following steps consisting in verifying the presence and validity of the information supplied by the sensors and, in the event of a negative result, defining a first degraded mode in which any stopping phase of the automatic start/stop mode is forbidden until an end-of-restriction condition has been fulfilled, and, in the even of a positive result, testing the communication with the data communication bus and, in the event of a negative result, defining a second degraded mode in which the automatic start/stop mode is inhibited until an end-of-inhibition condition has been fulfilled.

A stop control method which is intended for a heat engine of a vehicle that is equipped with a reversible electric machine. According to the invention, a decision is made to stop the heat engine as a function of: (i) steady conditions which are essentially stable prior to a stopping phase; and (ii) variable conditions which can change following a positive test on the steady conditions and prior to a stopping phase, said steady conditions being tested prior to the variable conditions. The invention is suitable for motor vehicles.
