A razor assembly is provided that includes a razor cartridge with one or more razor blades, a shaving aid body, a handle, and a linkage pivotally connected to the handle. The linkage is connected to the razor cartridge and the shaving aid body in a manner such that the razor cartridge and the shaving aid body are moveable relative to the handle. Movement of one of the razor cartridge or the shaving aid body in a first direction causes the other of the razor cartridge or the shaving aid body to move in a second direction substantially opposite the first direction. As a result, the positions of the shaving aid body and the razor cartridge are continuously adjusted to maintain the contact surface of the shaving aid body approximately co-planar with the cutting edges of the razor blades within the razor cartridge.

Razor assembly

In a system for suspending, in a single operation, a plurality of product packages on a peg, each product package includes an upwardly extending mounting portion defining a shaped slot adapted to slidably receive the peg. The slot defines a peripheral edge for engaging the peg and suspending the product package therefrom. The system also includes a band of polymeric material that engages and at least partially surrounds the plurality of product packages, binding them together such that each shaped slot is approximately aligned with the next successive slot to allow said peg to be slidably threaded through each of the mounting portions. The band of polymeric material also includes a release portion, along which the band may be torn, thereby separating the band from the product packages to provide access to individual packages suspended from the peg.

System for suspending a plurality of product packages from a peg in a single operation

A combination shipping and display container includes a unitary blank of material foldable into a substantially rectangular container for receiving one or more items packed therein. The container has a top wall, a bottom wall, a front wall, a rear wall and first and second side walls. The container has a line of continuous perforations extending across the rear wall, the first side wall, the front wall and the second side wall for dividing the container into a first or tear away top section and a second or bottom section. The perforations in the first and second side walls define curved slopes extending between the rear wall and the front wall. The top section may be torn away from the bottom section along the perforations formed in the container for converting the bottom section into a display container for displaying the one or more items, commonly referred to as primary packages, packed in the container. In one embodiment, after the top section has been removed, the display container in made up of the bottom wall, the rear wall and portions of the front wall and the first and second side walls.

Combination shipping and display container and methods therefor

A package tray for holding a medical instrument having a resiliently flexible distal end portion improves the control of the distal end during removal of instrument by limiting the withdrawal of the distal end portion of the instrument from an arcuate portion of storage space in the tray to movement in a direction longitudinal with respect to the instrument, thereby preventing side to side whipping motion of the distal end portion upon withdrawal of the instrument from the package.

Package with guide for flexible medical instruments

A package for endoscopic surgical instruments includes a retainer member fabricated from a single sheet of flexible material. The retainer includes an arcuate portion forming a ridge extending laterally across the retainer. Apertures in the sloped sides of the arcuate portion are aligned for reception of the endoscopic portion of the surgical instrument, thereby securely holding the instrument. Distal and proximal upper flap portions fold over and interlock with each other to form the top of the retainer.

Surgical instrument package

A package for an elongated surgical instrument having a handle portion, an elongated body portion and a working distal end. The package includes a first channel for receiving the handle portion, a second channel for receiving the body portion and a third channel for receiving the working distal end. At least one flange retains the handle portion in the first channel and a second plurality of flanges retain the elongated body portion in the second channel.
