A system processes product data including values for a product data record corresponding to a product style. A network interface receives a product data record over a network from a source. A memory has stored thereon computer readable instruction code, including, a rule set having rules associated with the product data record, and a processing manager to apply the rules to the product data record and determine availability of values to a venue. The processing manager includes a style identification manager to determine from among the available values a product style associated with the available values, and to make the product style available to the venue based on the rules.

Source- and venue-specific inventory data processing and identification system

An inventory manager processes and assigns data from data records for a product in accordance with rule set that correspond to a source and venue associate with the product. The inventory manager may delete, modify, and create data within a data record. The data may be selectively made available for use by a venue based on the rule set. The inventory manager may include a style identification manager to determine a product style value for the venue based on the data currently available for possible use by the venue and on instructions and logic within the rule set.

A visual WYSIWYG method of editing a web site in a remote user's client web browser without employing any external code on the user's computer, including designating an editable feature in a web page and responding to a request from the user's web browser to edit the web page. The response includes downloading the requested web page in an editable form which allows the user to edit the web page in the browser. The web browser then submits an identifier of the web site, a version of the web site, an identifier of the web page edited, an identifier of an editable feature, and indicia of a new selection for the identified editable feature. The web site stored on the server is then updated to incorporate the new selection for the editable feature. The revised web page is then downloaded to the user's web browser.

Remote web site editing in a web browser without external client software

A dynamic web-based application for WYSIWYG editing of a web page generates editor functionality embedded into the web page using standard markup language so that a remote user with permission can edit the web page in a standard web browser without installing any external software. The resulting 'editable web page' includes at least one editable content cell, such as a text cell or graphic cell, identified by an editing icon and interactive editing behavior.
