Integrating buyer and/or merchant functionality with discoverable applications is described. In an example, applications associated with a service provider can be stored in a repository associated with the service provider. At least a part of an application of the applications is associated with a particular, discrete functionality. The service provider can determine context data associated with a user computing device and can select, based at least in part on the context data, the application from the applications, wherein at least the part of the application is to be surfaced on the user computing device. The service provider can cause a user interface associated with at least the part of the application to be presented via the user computing device, wherein the user interface enables a user of the user computing device to input data for enabling the particular, discrete functionality, and wherein a portion of the context data is used to customize the user interface for the user.

Integrating customer and/or merchant discrete functionality with discoverable applications in a user device

This disclosure describes, in part, techniques for enabling merchant devices to interoperate with one another in a more robust manner, such that overall operation and efficiency within a merchant establishment is improved. For instance, the techniques described herein may enable the intelligent routing of requests between devices within the merchant establishment based on real-time locations of the devices, which devices are associated with which orders, and the like.

Systems and methods for an intelligent inventory system are disclosed. The systems and methods described herein may receive data from a point-of-sale (POS) device of a merchant indicating an item to add to an inventory catalog of the merchant. A rate may be determined that is associated with how many times the item may be returned or exchanged with a similarly-situated merchant. Additionally, or alternatively, the rate may comprise a fluctuation in price for the item and/or an amount of times the item may be re-stocked and/or re-ordered by the similarly-situated merchant. If the determined rate exceeds a threshold rate, a suggestion may be sent to the POS device of the merchant. The suggestion may comprise a suggested second item rather than the item requested, a suggested price to charge for the item suggested, and/or a suggested quantity to order of the item requested.

Intelligent merchant onboarding is described. A service provider can determine first directive(s) that were presented to one or more first potential merchants that completed an onboarding process with the service provider and second directive(s) that were presented to one or more second potential merchants that did not complete the onboarding process. The service provider can train a data model based at least partly on the first directive(s) or the second directive(s), Based at least partly on receiving an indication that a potential merchant initiates the onboarding process, the service provider can determine information associated with the potential merchant. Based at least partly on the data model and the information, the service provider can intelligently determine an order that one or more directives are to be presented to the potential merchant such that a first directive of the first directive(s) is presented prior to a second directive of the second directive(s).

Intelligent merchant onboarding is described. A service provider can determine first directive(s) that were presented to one or more first potential merchants that completed an onboarding process with the service provider and second directive(s) that were presented to one or more second potential merchants that did not complete the onboarding process. The service provider can train a data model based at least partly on the first directive(s) or the second directive(s). Based at least partly on receiving an indication that a potential merchant initiates the onboarding process, the service provider can determine information associated with the potential merchant. Based at least partly on the data model and the information, the service provider can intelligently determine an order that one or more directives are to be presented to the potential merchant such that a first directive of the first directive(s) is presented prior to a second directive of the second directive(s).

Techniques described are directed to accessibility of instant application data via an associated application. In an example, a service provider can cause a first user interface associated with an instant application associated with a particular, discrete functionality of an application to be presented via a first user computing device of a user. The service provider can receive data via an interaction with the first user interface associated with the instant application. The service provider can receive a request to download the application from a second user computing device of the user, cause the application to be downloaded on the second user computing device of the user, and cause the data received via the interaction with the first user interface associated with the instant application to be associated with the application on the second user computing device.
