The invention relates to a hearing device that comprises a flexible electric connection between device components that are pivotably connected to each other. The electric connection comprises an originally flat flexible circuit comprising one or more electric conductors embedded in a flexible substrate. The flexible circuit comprises a centre portion that is curved in its original, flat state and that in its mounted stage is bent to form a turn such that two curved sections of the curved centre portion emerge that are arranged opposite to each other in two spaced apart planes that essentially are parallel to each other.

The invention relates to an ear cup with an attachment unit, which is configured to be used within a head-worn hearing device. The attachment unit comprises at least one connection section, which is arranged and configured to rotatable connect the attachment unit with the ear cup and thereby define an axis of rotation of the ear cup. The attachment unit further comprises an opening, which is arranged to allow a charge interface of the ear cup, which extends out of an ear cup casing of the ear cup, to pivot through the attachment unit while the ear cup is being rotated with respect to the attachment unit along the axis of rotation, wherein the charge interface is directed to the attachment unit and is placed at a side portion of the ear cup between a hearing portion of the ear cup, facing to an ear of a user, and a back portion of the ear cup, facing away from the user.

A hearing device, e.g. a hearing aid, having a protection system is disclosed. The device includes an input unit for receiving an acoustic signal from a user's surroundings and providing a corresponding audio signal, and an output unit receiving said audio signal and providing an audible signal to the user, where the hearing device further includes a barrier element for protecting elements of the hearing device. The disclosure relates to an inlet member for a microphone system in a hearing instrument, such as a hearing aid, wherein the inlet member has a main body portion having a first portion and a second portion, the second portion being provided with a first recess for accommodating a microphone comprising a snout for conducting sound energy into the interior of the microphone, wherein the first recess is provided with a sound channel formed for engagement with the snout of the microphone, where the sound channel at the end hereof facing away from the microphone is acoustically coupled to a third recess in the first portion, the third recess being defined by wall portions that provide a seal to corresponding inner surface portions of a hearing instrument, in which the inlet member is mounted.

A hearing device is disclosed. The hearing device comprises a chassis and a printed circuit board attached to the chassis. The chassis comprises a number of attachment members configured to restrict the motion of the printed circuit board in one or more directions. The attachment members are integrated parts of the chassis.

A hearing device interface for a wired connection between a hearing device and an external device is disclosed. In particular an interface for a hearing aid. The interface comprises a first group of electrically conducting contact pins extending parallel to each other and being configured to engage with a corresponding plug of the external device provided with plug slots, wherein the interface further comprises a second electrically conducting contact pin extending parallel to the first group of electrically conducting contact pins.
