A tool includes a body, a cleaning system including nozzles coupled to the body and configured to spray a fluid onto an interior of a wellsite component, and an inspection system coupled to the body. The inspection system is configured to capture images, video, or both of the wellsite component that are to be used to determine whether the wellsite component is clean after being sprayed with the fluid.

System and method for cleaning and inspecting a wellhead

A tubing hanger running tool assembly includes a ring extending around a tubing hanger in a wellhead, and having a contracted configuration and an expanded configuration. The ring in the expanded configuration is received into a groove in the wellhead. The assembly includes a sleeve to actuate the ring between the contracted and expanded configurations. The sleeve includes a tubing hanger running tool received through the sleeve and having a lower end that is configured to be received into a first bore of the tubing hanger and to form a connection therewith. The tubing hanger running tool is configured to transmit an axial force to the sleeve in response to the tubing hanger running tool being received into the tubing hanger. The axial force moves the sleeve axially with respect to the ring, which actuates the ring between the contracted and expanded configurations.

A packoff for a wellhead includes a body configured to be positioned in an annulus between the wellhead and an inner tubular above a casing hanger supported in the wellhead, the body including a bore and a lower end, the bore and the lower end being configured to be positioned at least partially around the inner tubular. The lower end is configured to be spaced apart from the casing hanger. The packoff also includes a first load shoulder member configured to be removably connected to the lower end of the body and to engage a surface of the casing hanger so as to form a seal therewith.

Interchangeable packoff assembly for wellheads

The present disclosure provides a dis-connectable wellhead hanger arrangement permitting a pig tail set of electrical conductors to be inserted within the wellhead hanger arrangement which seals against the wellhead hanger upon separation of an electrical power cable; or alternatively, through an exterior pressure-preserving housing. If the power cable separates from the production tubing for any reason, the compressively fit plugs disconnect the power cable from the pathway leaving the electrical mandrel sealed within the wellhead hanger or housing, thereby sealing the wellhead hanger from loss of fluid after separation.

Disconnectable pressure-preserving electrical connector and method of installation

A wellhead penetrator includes a mandrel having first and second ends, a lock nut that is adjustably connected to the second end of the mandrel, a tapered bowl positioned within the lock nut, the mandrel, or both, and a cable lock assembly at least partially received into the mandrel and the lock nut. Moving the lock nut in an axial direction relative to the mandrel causes the cable lock assembly to grip a cable received therethrough. The penetrator also includes a sealing element positioned at least partially within the mandrel and spaced apart from the tapered bowl, and a backup member positioned adjacent to the sealing element and at least partially within the mandrel. The backup member presses against the sealing element so as to prevent misalignment of the sealing element, and the mandrel, the lock nut, the sealing element, and the backup member receive the cable therethrough.

Wellhead penetrator for electrical connections

A wellhead penetrator includes a mandrel configured to be positioned in a tubing hanger, a wellhead, or both. The wellhead penetrator also includes a housing positioned at least partially within the mandrel. The housing defines a housing bore formed axially therethrough that is configured to receive upper and lower portions of a cable. The upper and lower portions are separated by a gap. The wellhead penetrator also includes a sealing element positioned at least partially within the mandrel and below the housing. The wellhead penetrator is configured to actuate from a first state to a second state in response to a downward force being exerted on the lower portion of the cable. The wellhead penetrator in the first state has the lower portion of the cable positioned at least partially within the housing such that a splice connection exists between the upper and lower portions of the cable.
