An access panel for an opening in a duct is provided. The access panel includes an exterior and an interior. The access panel further includes a section positioned on the interior and having a profile substantially corresponding to the opening in the duct. A plurality of fasteners is positioned about the section. Each fastener has a dip configured to move to a position defined to extend away from the profile of the section on the interior. When the access panel is positioned with the section on the interior against the opening in the duct and the fasteners are moved to the locking position the clips rotate to extend over the profile and secure a portion of the duct adjacent to the opening against the interior of the access panel.

A method includes defining a pre-load zone that has reliable communication along a route. The pre-load zone is associated with a trip of a vehicle traveling along the route. A starting location of the trip is located outside of the pre-load zone. The vehicle is configured to enter the pre-load zone and exit the pre-load zone prior to reaching the starting location of the trip. The method includes receiving a trip request message that identifies the pre-load zone from the vehicle after the vehicle enters the pre-load zone and prior to the vehicle exiting the pre-load zone. The method also includes sending a trip response message to the vehicle that the vehicle receives prior to exiting the pre-load zone. The trip response message includes trip data specific to the trip that is selected based on the association between the pre-load zone and the trip.

The present invention is a diagnostic, intermediate connector for electrically coupling a first external apparatus having a male Deutsch connector and a second external apparatus having a female Deutsch connector. An adjustable sawhorse for contemporaneously adjusting both the height and angle of inclination of the support member. The sawhorse utilizes a disk-jaw slip clutch composed of a shaft carrying a pair of inner and outer disks in slideable and rotational relationship. The shaft extends through a transverse cavity in the support member and the support member is interposed intermediately of the disks. A plurality of radially extending jaws extend from the transverse cavity openings in the support member sidewall surfaces for engagement with corresponding radially extending jaws on the inner disks' engagement surface with the support member. Similarly, the outer disks have radially extending jaws which couple with like constructed jaws on the engagement faces of the outer disks. By exertion of a lateral compressive force, the disks and support member may be releasably locked in fixed rotational relationship. A first truss leg extends radially from the inner disks and a second truss leg extends radially from the outer disks to stabilize the sawhorse.
