One aspect of the invention provides a computer-implemented method of tracking favors between a plurality of parties. The method includes: receiving a submission regarding a favor performed by one or more first parties for one or more second parties; associating the favor with the one or more first parties and the one or more second parties in a database; and providing a user interface programmed to receive instructions from a plurality of users to take one or more or more actions selected from the group consisting of: searching for connections that have granted a particular type of favor in the past, searching for connections that have granted a specified quantity of a particular type of favor in the past, and displaying net flows of favors between a first organization having a plurality of parties and a second organization having a plurality of parties.

Methods, system, and computer-readable media for tracking referrals, introductions, favors, and other giving among a plurality of parties

A method and system for secure distribution and tracking of information and content of a third party via multiple social networks is described. The invention takes information and content marked to be promoted by a third party using an online application, and distributes and promotes the information to the social networks of everyone who is signed up as an 'ambassador' for that third party. When published, the information and content includes a personalized link associated with each ambassador to social network combination. Via the nature of social networks, this information is additionally redistributed into the users who are associated with those ambassadors in their social networks. As those users follow the personalized links back to the promoted information and content, the source ambassador to social network combination gets recorded and statistics about that user's viewing of the information and content are recorded. The online application records relevant statistics that the third party requires, and this information is then compiled into real time reports that detail the path that the promoted information and content traveled to drive users to the promoted information and content, as well as any resultant actions such as pages viewed, purchases made or items downloaded.

Method and system for secure distribution and tracking of information via multiple social networks

A method of developing a workout comprising a series of exercises and communicating the workout to a user is disclosed that involves identifying a muscle group to use during a workout, selecting an intensity level for exercising the muscle group, selecting an exercise from a plurality of exercises for exercising the muscle group, selecting a routine from a plurality of routines for performing each of the plurality of exercises at the selected intensity level, each of the plurality of routines comprising a number of repetitions, selecting a resistance level related to the maximum resistance the user was able to manipulate on a first exercise machine, selecting a second exercise machine for performing the selected exercise, and displaying a workout comprising an identification of the second exercise machine, a name of an exercise to be performed on the second exercise machine, a resistance level to be used in performing the named exercise on the second exercise machine, and information relating to the number of repetitions and sets to be performed. A system for carrying out the method is also disclosed.
