An appliance leakage current interrupter (ALCI) cord set for powering an appliance includes an ALCI plug having a housing, an ALCI circuit disposed within the housing and two partially exposed contact blades coupled to an input of the ALCI circuit. The contact blades are configured to connect to an electrical receptacle. The ALCI cord set also includes a power cord and a nightlight. The power cord has a generally insulative jacket and two electrical conductors each having a first end electrically coupled to an output of the ALCI circuit and a second end electrically coupled to the appliance. The nightlight is mounted on an exterior of the housing of the ALCI plug. The nightlight is electrically coupled to the output of the ALCI circuit and is illuminated when the ALCI circuit is not tripped.

Appliance leakage current interrupter and nightlight combination

A combination hair dryer and mounting assembly includes a hair dryer having a switch movable between an OFF position in which the hair dryer is not energized and an ON position in which the hair dryer is energized. A receptacle is configured for receiving the hair dryer therein when the switch is in the OFF position. The receptacle prevents insertion of the hair dryer therein when the switch is in the ON position.

Hair dryer and mounting assembly

A cutter for use in a blender includes a central hub portion defining a horizontal plane. First and second pairs of blades extend outwardly from the hub portion. The first pair of blades is oriented on opposite sides of the hub portion and the blades lie in substantially the same horizontal plane as the hub portion. The second pair of blades is oriented on opposite sides of the hub portion and the blades extend upwardly from the horizontal plane of the hub portion, and further wherein the angles of upward extension of each of the second pair of blades is asymmetric. Further, each blade of the first set of blades has a cutting edge and trailing edge, and each blade of the first set of blades is pitched so that there is a downward slope from the cutting edge to the trailing edge.

Blender cutter

A coupling for a blender comprises first and second clutches. The first clutch is connected to a blender motor and is adapted to be rotatably driven by operation of the motor. The second clutch is connected to a rotatable cutter assembly inside a blender jar. The first and second clutches each comprise a plurality of teeth, and each tooth comprises a drive face. Each drive face has a negative draft.
