Pump

The present invention relates to a centrifugal pump and a bearing retainer for the centrifugal pump. The centrifugal pump has a shaft, a bearing for supporting the shaft, and a bearing retainer for the bearing. The bearing retainer comprises a ring section adapted to surround the bearing and an elastic section adjacent the ring section, wherein the elastic section comprises multiple slits, dividing the elastic section into multiple resilient parts, wherein the multiple resilient parts are adapted to receiving and supporting the bearing, thereby creating a compression force in radial direction perpendicular to the axis of the shaft, allowing the bearing retainer to hold the bearing in a fixed position with respect to the bearing retainer.

Flexible bearing retainer for multistage centrifugal pump

A centrifugal pump includes at least one pump stage, with a rotatable impeller () with a suction port () which is sealed with respect to a stationary pump part () by way of a sealing arrangement. The sealing arrangement includes a sealing ring () between the impeller () and the stationary pump part (). The sealing arrangement is configured such that at least on delivery operation of the pump, the sealing arrangement has sealing sections which are distanced to the counter sealing surface and sealing sections which bear on the counter sealing surface, in an alternatingly successive manner considered in the peripheral direction of the sealing ring ().

Centrifugal pump

A pump bearing retainer (), for a wet-running pump, includes a radially inner section () including an inner section surface () for a press-fit contact with an essentially cylinder-shaped radial outer surface () of a pump bearing (). A radially outer section () includes an annular or essentially conical-shaped outer section surface () with a cone angle (&#x3b8;) equal to or larger than 45&#xb0;. An intermediate section () extends from the inner section () to the outer section (). The intermediate section () includes an essentially conical-shaped intermediate section surface () with a cone angle (&#x3b8;) smaller than 45&#xb0;. A longitudinal cross-section area (A) of the inner section () is smaller than a longitudinal cross-section area (B) of the intermediate section ().

Pump bearing retainer

A multistage centrifugal pump has a foot part () and a head part (), between which pump stages are integrated. The head part () and the foot part () are connected via tie-rods () which with one end are fastened on the head part () and with the other end are fastened on the foot part (). The tie-rods () at one end comprise a thread (), with which they are tightened on the head part (). The tie-rods () are formed from sheet metal. At the end opposite the thread, the tie-rods include a recess, with which recess the tie-rods are each positively fixed on the foot part (), at least in the tensile direction ().

A centrifugal pump () includes several pump stages, which are arranged axially between a head part () and a foot part (). The pump stages are surrounded peripherally by an outer casing (). An axial end of the outer casing () is fastened on the head part (), and the other axial end on the foot part (). A mechanical connection between the head part () and the foot part () is formed by the outer casing ().

The centrifugal pump () includes several pump stages which are arranged axially between a head part () and a foot part (). An outer casing () peripherally surrounds the pump stages. An axial end of the outer casing () is fastened on the head part and the other axial end of the outer casing () is fastened on the foot part. A mechanical connection between the head part () and the foot part () is formed by the outer casing ().

A stator housing assembly () for a pump () having a wet-running electric motor () includes a stator housing () and a can (), wherein the stator housing () and the can () are designed as a single component (). The stator housing assembly () also includes at least one engagement element () for positively connecting to a pump housing ().

Stator housing assembly for a canned motor

A bearing arrangement of a shaft () is provided, with which an annular bearing sleeve () is applied onto the shaft (). The bearing sleeve (), for axial fixation, bears with at least one axial end () on a retaining sleeve () applied onto the shaft (). The retaining sleeve (), at least at one axial end (), has a greater wall thickness than in its axial middle region ().

Bearing arrangement

The invention relates to a laminated core for electromagnetic applications with at least two segments (), of which at least one on a side-edge (), comprises an engagement groove () and the other at an opposite side-edge () comprises a corresponding engagement projection (), via which the two segments () are connected to one another into a component, wherein the engagement groove () comprises an undercut in the form of a widened section () distanced to the groove opening, and the engagement projection () and the engagement groove () are dimensionally matched to one another in a manner such that the engagement projection () and/or engagement groove () are plastically deformed by way of inserting the engagement projection () into the engagement groove (), so that the engagement projection () engages into the widened section () of the engagement groove (), as well as to a method for the manufacture of such a laminated core.

Laminated core for electromagnetic applications

A pump unit includes an electric motor, located in a stator housing (), a terminal box being arranged on an axial face of the stator housing (). The terminal box () includes a tubular housing element () having a first axial face to which the axial face of the stator housing () is connected. An opposite second axial face () of the tubular housing element () is closed by at least one cover element () into which operating and/or display elements () are integrated. An electrical connecting element () is arranged on the outer periphery of the tubular housing element ().

Pump unit

A bearing arrangement of a shaft () is provided with which an annular bearing sleeve () is applied onto the shaft (). At least in the axial region in which the bearing sleeve () is arranged, the shaft () includes a profiling extending parallel to its longitudinal axis (X). A corresponding engagement element () on the inner periphery of the bearing element () engages the profiling with a positive fit. At least one engagement element () extends in the direction of the longitudinal axis (X) of the shaft () only over a part of the length of the bearing sleeve ().

A pump assembly with an electric motor includes a stator having an iron core () and windings arranged thereon and being arranged in a stator housing surrounding the electric motor to the outside. The stator housing () is formed as a cast component, into which the iron core () is cast, and the windings have been deposited on the iron core () after the casting of the iron core () into the stator housing ().
