An inflow control nozzle is provided for use with a tubing. The nozzle includes a one-piece, 3D printed body, the body including a fluid inlet in communication with an outside of the tubing said inlet having an oval cross section; a fluid outlet in communication with an inside of the tubing; and an inner bore connecting the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet, said inner bore including a venturi restriction. The inner bore comprises a flared profile from the fluid inlet to the venturi restriction, and a flared and curved profile from the venturi restriction to the fluid outlet, said curved profile being free of angular bends or sharp direction change. An outflow control nozzle is also provided for use with a tubing and an inflow-outflow control nozzle is further provided for use with a casing.

Flow control nozzles, method of manufacture and use thereof

A casing connection is provided having a first sub with a first circular radius face and a second circular radius face. A second sub is provided having a third circular radius face and a threaded profile on at least a portion of an outside surface of the second sub. An adjusting collar is further provided having a fourth circular radius face and a threaded profile on at least a portion of an inner surface of the adjusting collar. Sealing surfaces are formed at connections between the first circular radius face and the fourth circular radius face, the second circular radius face and the third circular radius face and the second sub threaded portion and the adjusting collar threaded portion. Bendability and rotatability of the casing connection is adjustable by tightening or loosening said threaded connection between said second sub and said adjustable collar.

Casing connection

A top drive-pumpable cement head is provided for cementing a casing into a wellbore comprising a top sub portion with a top drive connection connectable to a top drive shaft to receive cement and impart translational and rotational forces to the casing simultaneously during cementing, and a ball launching assembly for housing and launching one or more launching balls. A bottom sub portion comprises a casing sleeve for housing one or more hollow wiper plugs and a tattle tale wire. The cement head also comprises a hammer union. The ball launching assembly is pre-loadable with the launching balls, the bottom sub is pre-loadable with the one or more hollow wiper plugs and a tattle tale wire and the top sub and the bottom sub are connectable via the hammer union for storage, prior to cementing operations. A method is also provided for assembling a cement head for completing a casing in a wellbore.

An assembly and method for downhole equipment deployment comprising a liner hanger attachable to deployable equipment, a top sub insertable into the liner hanger and attachable to a tubing string, a lock piston releasably connectable to the top sub, and lock pins insertable through the top sub, the liner hanger, and the lock piston, the liner hanger and associated equipment remotely releasable from the top sub and the lock piston.
