A system and method simulate conversation with a human user. The system and method receive media, convert the media into a system-specific format, and compare the converted media to a vocabulary. The system and method generate a plurality of intents and a plurality of sub-entities and transform them into a pre-defined format. The system and method route intents and the sub-entities to a first selected knowledge engine and a second knowledge engine. The first selected knowledge engine selects the second knowledge engine and each active grammar in the vocabulary uniquely identifies each of the knowledge engines.

A mobile insurance architecture includes a wireless communication interface that connects mobile client devices to wireless networks. An insurance server cluster that includes a group of independent network servers operates and appears to mobile client devices as if the group of independent network servers were a single computer server. An adaptive transmission controller communicates with the insurance server cluster and processes content in multiple mobile formats that may be optimized to the screen sizes of the mobile client devices. The insurance server cluster responds to native application clients resident to the mobile client devices. The native application clients contain code stored on a non-transitory media that render insurance quoting services, insurance claims services, on-line insurance policy services, usage based insurance services, mobile monitoring services, or insurance agency management services.

Mobile insurance platform system

A multiproduct quoting system facilitates the purchase of multiple insurance products from two or more insurance underwriters as a bundled insurance package. A multiproduct server renders consolidated views of the multiple insurance products or combined rates of the multiple insurance products based on a plurality of insurance scores. A payment server coupled to the multiproduct server renders individualized payment plans for each of the multiple insurance products. An insurance policy module in communication with the multiproduct server renders an integrated insurance document that reflects a user's selected insurance policy parameters.
