A web harness system for use with a child safety seat device for use in automobiles. The web harness having two spaced apart shoulder straps, each having a buckle insert and a latchable connector having two separable components attached. A first integrally formed structure including sleeve covers having a an upper portion, a central portion, and a lower portion coupled to the web harness and latchable connector. A second integrally formed structure including an upper sleeve portion spaced apart from a lower sleeve portion capturing a buckle insert coupled on the shoulder straps. A lower connecting buckle member includes a rotatable handle attached, providing a grasping and manipulating opportunity.

Child safety seat adjustable magnetic sleeve and handle assembly retrofit

The present invention provides a child safety seat installed within a motor vehicle, including both upper portions of a harness web threaded through a pair of sleeves surrounding that portion of the web proximate a child's chest area. It is an object of this invention to eliminate the disadvantages of the harness webs, tangs and buckle, falling into the depression or concavity formed by the contours of the seat, interfering with placing a child within the seat. The upper portions of both webs are required to be connected laterally to offer protection against separation in the event of a sudden deceleration. The sleeves therefore include a latchable connector to selectively couple or uncouple one sleeve to another. A magnet is positioned upon each sleeve, and metallic strips embedded within the seat sides. Thereby when sleeves are in an uncoupled position, each sleeve may be repositioned and inverted toward an adjoining lateral seat edge, whereby the magnets and metallic strips are attracted and fasten in releasable attachment, by this means maintaining the web harness clear of the interior of the seat. A handle is provided attached to a lower buckle, providing a grasping and manipulating opportunity to store the buckle assembly outside an interference zone.

Child safety seat magnetic web attachment

A method of treating a surface of a stacked aluminum alloy ingot during a heating process. Spacer blocks are positioned adjacent aluminum alloy ingots to form a stack, wherein the spacer block has a support surface contacting a contact surface of the aluminum alloy ingot, and at least one of the support surface and the contact surface include a fluorine containing material. The stack is heated to at least a temperature at which the fluorine containing material decomposes or vaporizes such that a layer of a fluorinated oxide compound is formed at the interfaces between the ingots and the spacer blocks.

The tool, comprising of a body (1) having a rotatable circular member (2) engaged in a hole (6) in said body (1). Said body (1) having a lip (3) to contact a machine foot, and being adjustable by a screw (4). Said circular member (2) having an off set fulcrum (8), rotation of said circular member (2) around said off set fulcrum, causes longitudinal movement of said body (1) being in contact with a machine, moves said machine a longitudinal amount as a ratio of rotational movement.
