A system, method, and non-transitory computer-readable information recording medium displays information to a user. Market data having a first portion and a second portion is displayed on a display unit of a trading device. A user focus area is detected, at the trading device. The user focus area is associated with one of the first and second portions of the market data. A first priority is assigned to the one of the first and second portions of the market data and a second priority is assigned to another one of the first and second portions of the market data. The first priority is higher than the second priority. The market data in the first and second portions is updated as a function of the first and second priorities, respectively.

Attention-based trading display for providing user-centric information updates

Methods and systems for annotating and assessing content, including QR codes, using a web page investigator to avoid dangerous scans of such content are described herein. A security module executing on a client device may receive a request for web content. A computer vision model may then scan the requested web content to identify and annotate graphical features on the webpage prior to rendering the web content on a display of the client device. The computer vision model may identify a QR code and transmit information encoded within the QR code to a server executing a phishing and content protection (PCP) engine for analysis. When the identified QR code is indicated to be malicious, the client device may render a modified version of the requested web content to discourage the user from scanning the identified QR code.

Automatic assessment of potentially malicious web content via web page investigator

Real-time monitoring and alerting of breached security credentials for server-based endpoints is described herein. In various embodiments, a software component (that intercepts outgoing network traffic from a computing device) or a server-based breach monitoring component may receive a request for endpoint data. Credential data may be included in the request. The endpoint and/or the credential data may be compared to credential data linked to a list of compromised endpoints. An alert may be generated for the client device when both a match is detected with credential data of a breach object on the list of compromised endpoints and the breach time field of the breach object is after a previous credentials change for the endpoint. Access to the endpoint may be blocked and/or a change password mechanism may also be displayed to change the user credentials prior to revisiting the endpoint.

Compromised endpoint credentials interceptor

For increased device security, a security policy manager is used to configure permissions for applications installed on mobile computing devices. In one approach, an evaluation server receives data associated with a context for a computing device. Based on the received data, a policy that is applicable for the current context of the computing device is identified. The identified policy has rules regarding access permissions for software installed on computing devices. The server determines a current policy implemented on the computing device, which includes determining an access permission for software installed on the computing device. The server determines that the access permission for the installed software does not comply with the policy applicable to the current context. Based on this determination, the server revokes the access permission for the installed software.

Security policy manager to configure permissions on computing devices

Systems and methods are described for managing personal data on a client computer, in which personal data associated with the client computer is identified by a policy management module. An analysis may be performed for the client computer by a server using fake personal data. To identify applications which may attempt to access the personal data, the fake personal data is tracked for access on the client computer. A policy is then created that disallows access of the personal data by any applications identified by the analysis of the client computer as accessing the fake personal data. The policy is then assigned to the client computer.

Using fake personal data to create a policy to protect personal information on client computing devices

Various embodiments relate to intelligently activating and deactivating a trading tool element of a trading tool to improve a user's confidence in the trading tool. By dynamically activating and deactivating elements on the trading screen, the trading tool effectively increases a user's confidence in placing a trading order, canceling a trade order, or both, for example, by eliminating or reducing undesirable options. Undesirable options might include those that are risky, contrary to a particular trading strategy, would result in a loss of money, and so on. Such an embodiment can improve the overall speed at which a user places or cancels a trade order by, among other things, effectively increasing the user's overall confidence in the trading tool.

Dynamically activating and deactivating one or more elements of a trading tool

A system, method, and non-transitory computer-readable information recording medium displays information to a user. Market data related to a plurality of tradeable objects is received from an exchange at a trading device. The display of market data related to each tradeable object is separately controlled. If the user is not paying attention to the market data of a particular tradeable object, then the dissemination of the market data for that tradeable object may be temporarily stopped until the user starts paying attention to that tradeable object.

Dynamic information configuration and display

Methods and systems for user definable prioritization of market information are disclosed. An example method to prioritize market information displayed in a window within a trading interface includes updating the market information displayed in the window at a first frequency, wherein the first frequency is to correspond to a first window priority. The example method also includes, based on a trigger activation, assigning a second window priority to the window, wherein the second window priority is to cause the market information displayed in the window to update at a second frequency, the second frequency different from the first frequency.

User definable prioritization of market information

Methods and systems provide for augmenting images and displayed objects using extended reality (XR) images. Image data may be received that includes real-world image data displayed on a display of the client device, which is monitored by a guide software component, and XR images. A person may be identified from the real-world image data, and, in response to identifying the person, stored information may be retrieved from a record associated with the identified person in a database in communication with the client device. The guide software component may then modify the XR images in response to identifying the person to include the retrieved information associated with the identified person. Additional XR images may be used to provide informative content at spatial anchor locations within the real-world image data.

Extended reality augmentation of images and displayed objects

The security of network connections on a computing device is protected by detecting and preventing compromise of the network connections, including man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks. Communications are intercepted by a client-side proxy before being sent to a recipient designated by an application. The intercepted communication is inspected, and a first connection is determined to be used to send the communication based on the inspection. Finally, before the communication is sent via the first connection, an action is performed by the client-side proxy resulting in an indication that the first connection is compromised. The action may include comparing data associated with the first connection to data associated with known compromised connections. In various embodiments, additional security responses may subsequently be performed by the client-side proxy based on the indication that the first connection is compromised.

Methods and systems for detecting and preventing compromised network connections

Security policies are made dependent on location of a device and the location of a device is determined and the appropriate security policy applied without providing the device's location to a server. A device determine its location and identifies a security policy identifier mapped to a zone including the location. The device requests the security policy corresponding to the identifier from a server and implements it. The device may also store a database of the security policies and implement them according to its location. Devices registered for a user evaluate whether locations detected for the devices correspond to impossible travel by the user. Objects encoding geolocation data of a device may be encrypted with a private key of the device and the public key of another to prevent access by an intermediary server.

Use of geolocation to improve security while protecting privacy

The present embodiments relate to charting multiple markets. In some embodiments, charting multiple markets may include receiving market data for a plurality of tradeable objects. The plurality of tradeable objects may include an anchor object and at least one non-anchor object. The market data may include anchor object price data for the anchor object and non-anchor price data for the at least one non-anchor object. The non-anchor object price data may be converted based on the anchor object price data such that converted non-anchor object price data has a price scale of the anchor object price data. The anchor object price data and the non-anchor object price data may be displayed along a normalized price axis.

Charting multiple markets

A system, method, and non-transitory computer-readable information recording medium allows a user or trader to prepare, and send to an exchange, a trade order using a trading device. The trading device receives market data from an exchange and displays the received market data on a display unit of the trading device. The trading device also receives a trade order instruction via an input device at the trading device and detecting an occurrence of a market update as a function of the received market data within an established trade order time period associated with a time at which the trade order was received. If the occurrence of the market update was detected during the established trade order time period, the execution of the trade order is prevented.

Dynamic market order execution validation mechanism

For increased security, a source is determined for software to be installed on a computing device. In one approach, a side-load server receives, from a mobile device, data regarding an application to be installed on the mobile device. The server determines a source of the application, then sends, to an authenticity server, data regarding the source. The server receives, from the authenticity server, a first state designation for the application. In response to receiving the first state designation, the server sets a second state designation, and sends the second state designation to the mobile device (e.g., to permit or block installation of the application).

Determining a security state based on communication with an authenticity server

Events of a calendar are identified and evaluated for confidentiality due to an explicit tag, location, participants, or subject matter. In response, permissions of applications on a device are dynamically reduced. Permissions may include permissions to access sensors such as a microphone and camera. Sensors of other devices such as a voice-processing device or Bluetooth device may be disabled. The risk associated with applications on a device may be evaluated based on permissions, usage, collected data, cloud service provider, location, permissions and usage of other users of the application, and other attributes of the application. The risk may be represented as a risk score used to determine whether to perform a mitigation action.
