Technologies are disclosed herein for asynchronous distributed editing of a structured document, such as a trouble ticket. A document management service receives edits to the structured document. The edits to the structured document include data to be stored in fields of the structured document and information identifying the fields into which the data in the edits is to be stored. The edits are synchronized to other instances of the document management service. Edits to the structured document made at the other instances of the document management service are also received and stored. When a request is received for the structured document, the edits to the document made at the various instances of the document management service are sorted based upon the order in which they were created. The edits are applied in the sorted order to generate the structured document.

Distributed asynchronous document editing

Systems and methods for identifying products in video are disclosed. A video containing at least one object is received, and video frames are extracted from the video for analysis. At least one object is extracted from one or more of the video frames to determine whether it corresponds to a product. Hyperlinks can be generated and embedded in a user interface to allow a user to purchase the product and/or retrieve additional information about the product.

Project-related tasks are managed and tracked using machine-readable codes. A project board may include one or more task tokens corresponding to tasks of a project, and each task token may include one or more machine-readable codes. Data associated with the project board may be acquired and analyzed to identify and decode the machine-readable codes. Task status information may be determined based on the positions of the task tokens on the project board. The task status information may be stored and used to generate a virtual project board that is accessible through a web site.

Interactions between an item and an online shopper may be used to determine interest in an item or a category of items. Once interest has been determined, the online shopper may be presented with an option to initiate communication with other users. This communication may be between a plurality of users including shoppers, owners, experts, item representatives, and so forth. Communication may include text chat, video chat, audio chat, telephone, and so forth. Rewards may be provided to some or all users to encourage communication.

One or more event records associated with incidents that may occur in a network may be created and stored in an event sequence with other related event records. Whether the event records are related may be determined based at least in part on a dependency between network elements associated with the incidents. The one or more event records may be executed by event handlers to create additional event records, which may also be stored in an event sequence with related event records. A user may request event sequences for display at a user device. Event sequences may be processed to provide at least a portion of the sequences based at least in part on user-specific information. A user may interact with and/or respond to event records in the network. Such interactions or responses may also be stored as event records in an event sequence.

Systems and methods for tracking and managing event records associated with network incidents

Certain embodiments herein relate to modeling relationships between users, network elements, and events in an organization. Organizational information regarding users and network elements may be collected and analyzed to create a relationship graph relating users and network elements. The relationship graph may include nodes representing users and network elements and edges connecting pairs of users and/or network elements. The edges may be weighted based on a number of factors, such as operational dependencies, user preferences for receiving information associated with events, and a user's historical actions, which may determine whether a user may receive an event. A relationship graph as described herein may be leveraged to provide various uses, including generating a relationship subgraph that may allow users to identify the impact of events on other users and network elements in an organization.

Systems and methods for modeling relationships between users, network elements, and events

Systems and methods for hiding details associated with orders in an electronic commerce system are disclosed. An order is submitted by a user associated with a user account, and the order is processed by the electronic commerce system. A security measure can be imposed on the order and/or products associated with the order. An additional authentication layer can be enforced with regard to the order and/or products associated with the order.

Hiding order details

Various embodiments of a system and method for decentralized performance monitoring of host systems are described. Embodiments may include one or more client systems, each of which may monitor the performance of one or more host systems. In some embodiments, at least some of the host systems may be members of a cloud computing environment. A given client system may collect metrics from multiple different host systems and aggregate such metrics on the client system. In various embodiments, metrics may be collected by the client system directly from the multiple different host systems without utilizing a centralized repository of metrics. In various embodiments, the given client's receipt of the metrics from the multiple different hosts systems may be an initial aggregation of those metrics together on the same computer system. The client system may generate a graphical representation of the metrics collected from multiple hosts systems.
