Provided are formulations and methods for treating one or more genitourinary conditions. The formulations may include a therapeutic agent that includes a calcium channel blocker, a rho kinase inhibitor, or a combination thereof. The methods may include locally administering a therapeutic agent into a ureter. Systems for delivering a therapeutic agent also are provided.

Formulations, methods, and systems for treating genitourinary conditions

In accordance with some configurations, systems and methods for guided removal from an in vivo subject are provided. In some configurations, a method for removing an object is provided. The method comprising, guiding a flexible tube through a passageway of an in vivo subject, wherein the flexible tube comprises at least a first passageway and a second passageway. Positioning a distal end of the first passageway in proximity to the object. Infusing liquid through the second passageway substantially continuously. Removing the object through the first passageway with at least a portion of the liquid while suction is not being provided.

System and method for guided removal from an in vivo subject

The multi-material stent includes a renal portion and a bladder portion with respective, different hardness. A valve is disposed within the stent to guide liquid from the renal portion of the stent to the bladder portion of the stent. The present invention relates towards systems and method for stents. More particularly, the invention relates to a stent designed to increase patient comfort by minimizing irritation and reflux through the use of a stent that incorporates one or more flexible elements, which may involve materials with varying degrees of hardness, and a valve disposed therein.

System and method for use of flexible anti-reflux ureteral stent

A device for removing objects from an in vivo subject includes vacuum tube adapted to be associated with a sheath sized to be inserted into a passageway of the subject. The vacuum tube provides a suction channel extending therethrough. A navigation mechanism is designed to guide the vacuum tube through the passageway. The removal device is designed to remove debris having an approximate diameter of between about 0.0001 mm to about 8 mm.

Provided are beverage compositions comprising a urine citrate increasing component and a urine oxalate reducing component. The beverage compositions may be provided in a ready-to-drink form or may be provided in a concentrate form. Also provided are kits comprising the beverage compositions and methods for treating various conditions using the beverage compositions.
