Systems and methods for automatically signing a user on to an integration application when a user signs on to another application and signing a user off when the user signs off of the other application. The integration application automatically non-programmatically collects data from a mapped location of a mapped source reference of the other application. The collected data includes a user identifier value. The integration continuously monitors the collected user identifier value for a difference in the collected user identifier value. If the collected user identifier value is recognized by the integration application, the user is signed into the integration application using the collected user identifier value, and if a difference in the collected user identifier value is detected, the user is signed off of the integration application.

Systems and methods for synchronized sign-on methods for non-programmatic integration systems

Methods and systems for automatically signing a user on to an integration application when a user signs on to another application and signing a user off when the user signs off of the other application. The integration application automatically non-programmatically collects data from a mapped location of a mapped source reference of the other application. Methods and systems for retrieving information from an unrelated application that includes receiving automatically, non-programmatically collected application data from a mapped location of a mapped source reference of the unrelated application; querying a computer-readable storage medium collected application data without user intervention; retrieving identifying data associated with documents stored in the computer-readable storage medium based upon the query; monitoring the collected application data from the mapped location for a change in the collected application data; and upon detecting the change, re-querying the computer-readable storage medium using the changed collected application data and retrieving identifying data associated with the documents based upon the re-query.

Notification methods for non-programmatic integration systems

Methods and systems for collaborating when one or more other users view or access the same, similar, or otherwise data. The collaboration method includes automatically non-programmatically collecting application data from a first mapped location of a mapped source reference of an application used by a first user and automatically non-programmatically collecting application data from a second mapped location of a mapped source reference of an application used by a second user. The integration application determines whether the collected application data from the first mapped location matches the collected application data from the second mapped location, and if the first collected application data matches the second collected application data, that integration application automatically notifies at least one of the first user and second user. The match determination may occur when the users are simultaneously accessing the data or at different times.

In one aspect, a system and method normalize an image of a document and identify the relative positions of vertical and horizontal lines in the normalized image. The relative positions of vertical and horizontal lines of the normalized image are the model of the document image. The model may be stored in a record, such as an array. The system and method compare the relative positions of vertical and horizontal lines of the model to the relative positions of vertical and horizontal lines of other models to identify a matching model.

In one aspect, a system and method normalize an image of a document and identify the relative positions of the vertical and horizontal lines in the normalized image. The system and method compare the relative positions of the horizontal and vertical lines of the model to the relative positions of horizontal and vertical lines of other models to identify a matching model.

A process for intelligent importation of information from a foreign application user interface includes extraction of raster data from a pre-designated region of a screen displayed in the foreign application, segmentation of the raster data into prospective sets of character raster data; application of the character raster data and a feature data set and a vector data set derived from the character raster data as inputs to respective raster, feature, and vector artificial neural networks to generate candidate characters; using a voting process to identify a character represented by the character raster data from the candidate characters; assembly of the remaining characters as recognized by the neural networks into a key; and association of the key with an external data file which may be stored and thereafter retrieved in association with the screen displayed in the foreign application.
