A fan assembly has a propeller with a plurality of fan blades and a fan power system including a driven sheave on a fan shaft connected to a drive sheave with a drive belt. The propeller is mounted within a fan shroud having an inner surface facing the propeller such that a tip clearance is formed between outer tips of the fan blades and the inner surface. The fan shroud has a belt pocket located on a circumferential path of the propeller, the belt pocket extending away from the inner surface and having a pocket floor that is offset from the inner surface and sized to allow the drive belt to fit between the outer tip of one of the plurality of fan blades and the pocket floor.

A fan assembly has a propeller and a housing that forms a fan shroud. A propeller mount assembly mounts the propeller to the housing and positions the propeller concentric within the fan shroud. A mounting bar is connected to the housing with mounting brackets. Each mounting bracket has a body that interfaces with the mounting bar and at least one wing that interfaces with the housing, where the body has at least one elongated body slot with a body slot axis that aligns with a bar hole in the mounting bar. Each wing has a wing slot a wing slot axis that aligns with a housing hole in the housing. A body fastener is configured to secure the mounting bar to the mounting bracket and a wing fastener is configured to secure the mounting bracket to the housing.

In one embodiment, a system, comprising: a damper assembly, the damper assembly comprising: a structural member; at least one door pivotably coupled to the structural member; a clip connected to the damper assembly and comprising plural spring end constraining segments; a spring comprising a first end and a second end, wherein at least the first end comprises a hook, the spring coupled at the first end to one of the plural spring end constraining segments and at the second end fixably coupled to the damper assembly, the clip configured to accept a hookable connection to the spring at any one of the plural spring end constraining segments, each of the plural spring end constraining segments constraining movement of the hook, when connected thereto, during opening and closing of the at least one door, wherein the spring is at a first tension when hooked to the one of the plural spring end constraining segments and at a second tension when hooked to another of the plural spring end constraining segments.
