An idler and method of manufacturing is disclosed. The idler may comprise a web member, a rim and a plurality of flanges. The web member may include a body. The body may include a front side, a back side and an aperture extending therethrough, wherein the web member is centered about the aperture and has an outer circumference. The rim may be oriented transverse to the web member and disposed on the outer circumference. The plurality of flanges may be spaced apart in a zig-zag disposition on the rim, each flange projecting radially outward from the rim and oriented to extend longitudinally parallel to the outer rim circumference.

Idler for machines

An idler wheel includes a hub, an outer rim, and a pair of side plates that form an interior cavity extending radially between the outer rim () and the hub, and axially between the pair of side plates. The first side plate defines a maximum side plate axial thickness disposed radially next to the hub in a cross-sectional plane containing a radial direction, and an axis of rotation, as well as a minimum side plate thickness disposed radially next to the outer rim. A ratio of the maximum thickness to the minimum thickness ranges from 1.325 to 1.900.

A track roller shaft comprises a body including a revolved surface defining an axis of rotation, a radial direction, and a circumferential direction disposed about the axis of rotation. The body also defines a proximate axial end disposed along the axis of rotation, a radially extending hole that is disposed axially adjacent to the proximate axial end, and a guide member receiving pocket disposed axially farther away from the proximate axial end than the radially extending hole.

A track roller rim is disclosed. The track roller rim may include an outer member including an annular configuration defining an axis of rotation, a radial direction, and a circumferential direction disposed about the axis of rotation, where the outer member has an inner circumference, an outer circumference, a first axial end disposed along the axis of rotation, and a second axial end disposed along the axis of rotation. The track roller rim may include a first annular inner member, where the first annular inner member is interference fit within the inner circumference of the outer member at the first axial end. The track roller rim may include a second annular inner member, where the second annular inner member is interference fit within the inner circumference of the outer member at the second axial end.

Fabricated track roller rim assembly

A machine system includes a roller frame and a roller assembly mounted to the roller frame. The roller assembly includes first and second clamping collars positioned upon a roller shaft and each including a lower and an upper collar section. Fasteners clamp the lower and upper collar sections to the roller shaft to form static seals. The clamping collars may be formed with splitlines to enable the clamping collars to deform so as to simulate interference fits with the roller shaft.

Sidecutter

The present invention is directed to a corner adapter for attaching a ground engaging tooth to an implement bucket. The corner adapter includes a nose portion, a bottom strap and a top strap. The nose portion and the bottom strap are aligned along substantially common longitudinal axes, the top strap is aligned along a longitudinal axis that defines an offset angle. A cutout portion and gusset are provided in the top strap to permit the corner adapter to engage the side wall.
