The present disclosure provides a glass assembly having a plastic frame and two glass panes in spaced parallel arrangement, wherein at least one of the glass panes is encapsulated within the plastic frame. The glass assembly is part of a door that is connected to an oven to allow selective access to the interior oven cavity. The encapsulated glass pane can face the interior oven cavity, or face away from the interior oven cavity, toward the environment outside the oven. Each glass pane can also be encapsulated within a frame half, and the two frame halves can be connected to one another. The disclosure also provides a method of making the glass assembly.

Certain embodiments of the present disclosure deal with an archery sight mounted or mountable on an archery bow. The sight incorporates an indicator or adjustment assembly to indicate or control the desired position of one or more additional sight pins based on sighted in positions of two base sight pins.

Arrow rest arrangements according to certain embodiments include an elongate arm mounted to extend into and rotate in the plane of an arrow aligned with an archery bow and riser. The arm can rotate from an open position, for example where the arm is substantially perpendicular to the arrow shaft, to a closed position where the arm engages and may be substantially aligned with the arrow shaft. The arm preferably includes two opposing end portions to engage, constrain and align the arrow shaft in the closed position, yet which drop or rotate away from the shaft upon release of the arrow to allow the arrow to freely leave the bow.

Magnetic expandable broadhead arrowheads and methods for magnetically holding the blades of broadhead arrowheads in the retracted position are disclosed. Embodiments include deployable cutting blades that are magnetically held in a retracted position during launch and flight and deploy outwardly upon impact with a target. Other embodiments include magnets where the force holding the cutting blades in the retracted position is localized adjacent either the deployable ends or the pivoting ends of the cutting blades. Still other embodiments include magnets adjacent to substantially the entire length of elongated cutting blades while the blades are in the retracted position. Alternate embodiments include elongated cutting blades that extend in a rearward direction when retracted and cutting blades that extend in a forward direction when retracted.
