Speaker systems are provided, particularly for mounting in off-road vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, watercraft and motorcycles. The speaker systems may include a linear array of speakers and a housing encasing a backside thereof. In some cases, the speaker systems include a pipe-mounting clamp coupled to the housing for mounting the speaker system to a surface. In addition or alternatively, the speaker systems may include mounting brackets arranged along opposing lateral sides of the housing for mounting the speaker system to a surface. In any case, the speaker systems may include a power cord extending from one of the opposing lateral sides of the housing in some embodiments.

Speaker systems for off-road vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, watercraft, and motorcycles

Speaker systems are provided, particularly for mounting in off-road vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, watercraft and motorcycles. The speaker systems may include a linear array of speakers and a housing encasing a backside thereof. In some cases, the speaker systems include a pipe-mounting clamp coupled to the housing for mounting the speaker system to a surface. In addition or alternatively, the speaker systems may include L-shaped mounting brackets arranged along opposing lateral sides of the housing for mounting the speaker system to a surface. In some cases, the housing includes a substantially uniform depth spanning opposing lateral sides of the linear array of speakers. In some embodiments, a speaker system may be suspended in proximity to an upper bar of a windshield frame, front roll bar, and/or front edge of a roof of a vehicle.

Speaker systems are provided, particularly for mounting in off-road vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, watercraft and motorcycles. The speaker systems may include a linear array of speakers and a housing encasing a backside thereof. In some cases, the housing includes sliding track mounts along its top and bottom surfaces. In addition or alternatively, the speaker systems may include nut and bolt fasteners arranged on top of the housing and/or mounting brackets arranged along opposing lateral sides of the housing. In some embodiments, a speaker system may be suspended in proximity to an upper bar of a windshield frame, front roll bar, and/or front edge of a roof of a vehicle and adjustable mounting brackets may be used to direct the speakers toward the driver and passenger seats of the vehicle. In some cases, a speaker system may be operationally independent from a stereo of a vehicle in which it is mounted.

A system for dispensing a beverage includes a conical inner sleeve configured to receive a mixture of beverage components, a first blade, and a blade arm. An outer shell receives the first blade, blade arm, and the inner sleeve. A top couples the inner sleeve and outer shell in a fixed position. A tap module includes a tap handle and a tap control. The tap handle restricts and allows beverage flow through a beverage port. The tap control detects whether the tap handle is in a first position or a second position. The tap control prevents a motor from operation while the tap handle is in the first position and engages the motor while the tap handle is in the second position.

Loudspeaker clamps and assemblies are disclosed which include base and mounting clamps having respectively engageable electrical connectors, wherein the electrical connectors include distinct electrical contacts for audio signal transmission, ground connection, and optionally light signal transmission. In some cases, the structure of the base clamp may be rotatable relative to the structure of the mounting clamp when the electrical connectors are engaged. In some embodiments, the base and mounting clamps may each include an annular structure surrounding their respective electrical connectors, wherein one of the annular structures is nestable within the other encircling structure and the nestable structure includes an outer circumferential groove. Such embodiments of clamps and assemblies further include a fork having two prongs which are dimensionally configured to slide through first and second through holes of the encircling structure and into opposing sides of the outer circumferential groove when the base and mounting clamps are engaged.
