Combination therapies using anti-pseudomonas PSL and PCRV binding molecules

The present disclosure is directed to methods of treating subjects colonized withwith an anti-alpha toxin antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof. The methods can decrease the incidence of infection attendant to the presence ofin the subject.

The present disclosure is directed to a monoclonal antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, that specifically binds to aclumping factor A protein (ClfA), as well as compositions comprising the monoclonal antibody.
