A tool for providing a secure communication channel during three-way communications. The tool initiates a three-way communication from a user device, wherein the three-way communication is a connection between a user, a third-party interpreter, and a service provider. The tool enables a passthrough function of a secured switch for transmitting non-privileged data during the three-way communication. The tool determines whether privileged data is to be transmitted during the three-way communication. Responsive to a determination that privileged data is to be transmitted during the three-way communication, the tool mutes an audio communication component. The tool activates a bypass function of the secured switch for transmitting the privileged data on an alternate audio communication component. The tool transmits the privileged data directly from the user to the service provider through the alternate audio communication component, wherein the alternate audio communication component supports unidirectional text-to-speech (TTS) audio communication.

The mechanism searches a corpus of information to generate search results based on the one or more search terms. The mechanism presents the search results to the user based on the current stage of the project, the user role and skill level of the user.

A system and method for performing liquid volume determination in a smart environment, the method comprising involve determining that a liquid is being poured. The method includes identifying the liquid, and determining the liquid volume of the liquid being poured based on sound analysis of audio sensed by a microphone. A scenario in which the liquid is being poured is analyzed, and an action is determined based on the scenario. The action includes triggering an actuator of the smart environment, obtaining additional information about the liquid, or issuing an alert.

The method, computer program product and computer system may include computing device which may create a user profile based on user data associated with a user and animal data associated with the user's service animal. The computing device may receive a destination input and determine one or more routes to the input destination, the one or more routes each being associated with a set of route commands. The computing device may receive a route selection and translate the set of route commands associated with the selected route into a set of service animal command signals. The computing device may transmit a first service animal command signal from the set of service animal command signals to a signal device, the signal device being attached to the user's service animal and generate an output by the signal device corresponding with the first service animal command signal.
