An example system includes a lead including a first electrode disposed at a first level, a second electrode disposed at a second level, a first group of segmented electrodes disposed at a third level, and a second group of segmented electrodes disposed at a fourth level. The example system also includes a medical device configured to deliver symmetrical electrical stimulation to a patient via the first group of segmented electrodes and the second group of segmented electrodes and sense a response to the stimulation via the first electrode and the second electrode.

Devices, systems, and techniques are described for adjusting therapy parameters defining electrical stimulation therapy delivered by multiple electrodes while maintaining a ratio of a value of a therapy parameter between the multiple electrodes. In one example, a device defines a relationship for multiple electrodes that defines a ratio of a value of a therapy parameter between the multiple electrodes. The device performs a master adjustment that adjusts each value of the therapy parameter for each respective electrode of the multiple electrodes by an amount specified by the relationship to maintain the ratio of the value of the therapy parameter between the multiple electrodes. The device controls delivery of electrical stimulation therapy according to the master adjustment.

Techniques are described, for medical devices that deliver electrical stimulation using current or voltage regulators having an adjustable master amplitude. One example method includes receiving, via a programmer for an electrical stimulator, user input indicating a desired electrical current amplitude, and selecting a first fraction adjustment or a second fraction adjustment, as a target adjustment for achieving the desired electrical current amplitude.

Devices, systems, and techniques are described for use in recharging a power source of a cranially mounted implantable medical device. In one example, a wearable medical device includes a flexible body configured to cover at least a portion of a scalp of a head of a patient. A securing member is connected to the flexible body and configured to extend around a circumference of the head to stabilize the flexible body with respect to the scalp of the patient. A fixation member is configured to mount to a location of the flexible body and couple the flexible body to a recharge coil that is configured to recharge the power source of the cranially-mountable implantable medical device.
