A method and a system are provided for capturing particle emissions from a tire of a vehicle. The system includes a triboelectric generator configured to generate an electric current. The system includes a capture surface configured to have an electric field. The system includes a first electrical connecting line connecting the triboelectric generator to the capture surface. The first electrical connecting line is configured to pass to the capture surface the electric current generated via the triboelectric generator. The passed electric current is used by the capture surface to generate the electric field. The system includes a set of filters attached to the capture surface. A computer program product is also provided which may cause a computer system to adjust a supplementary power flow to the capture surface based on a control signal that is received.

System for tire particle capture

A system may include a chamber with a main sub-chamber and a first porous membrane separating a first sub-chamber from the main sub-chamber. The system may include a fluid in the chamber and an input directing inflow into main sub-chamber proximate an entry end of the chamber. The system may include a first output permitting outflow from the first sub-chamber proximate an exit end of the chamber wherein a molecule entering at the entry end must traverse a length of the chamber to exit at the exit end.

Carbon dioxide extraction using fluidic electrophoresis

A gas capture system is configured to purify gas streams. The gas capture system includes a first capture system including a plurality of first chambers interconnected by a first path. Each first chamber includes a first adsorbent. The gas capture system further includes a second capture system including a plurality of second chambers interconnected by a second path. Each second chamber includes a second adsorbent. The gas capture system further includes a third path connecting each first chamber to the second path such that a first output of the first capture system is input into the second capture system. The gas capture system further includes a fourth path connecting each second chamber to the first path such that a second output of the second capture system is input into the first capture system.

Two-system gas stream separation

A navigation device including a housing including an opening, two or more drive wheels, and two or more rollers, a spherical member located within the opening of the housing in direct contact with the two or more drive wheels and the two or more rollers such that the drive wheels control rotation of the spherical member in response to guidance signals received from a processor, and an attachable member coupled directly to the housing for securing the navigation device to a body part of a user and maintaining contact between the user's skin and the spherical member.

An apparatus, a method, and a computer program product for cleaning and collecting microplastics and modelling workflow for microplastic autonomous filtration. The apparatus may include a cleaning chamber through which water containing the microplastics flows. The apparatus may also include a transducer configured to generate microbubbles of a size that causes the microbubbles to clean microplastics flowing through the cleaning chamber. The apparatus may also include a filter chamber located above the cleaning chamber, where the filter chamber includes a microplastic collection device operable to collect the microplastics.
